Dragon synergy is too strong in this arena. I managed to draft a deck with 10 dragons and 5 other dragon synergy cards. Went 12-1 only lost one game to a warrior that was able to agro me with weapons and finishing me off with a gorehowl. A killer combo I had was Murozond and Dragonbreeder, they can both be played in the same turn. It was only a 67.8 rating in Heartharena but I chose a lot of lower ranked cards to get the dragon synergy.
What do you think about putting in Justicar Trueheart in this deck? What would you take out? I also replaced Gluttonous Ooze with a Cobalt Scalebane. Mostly because I don't have the ooze, can't really say it makes a big difference.
Here is my second 12 run arena deck. It went 12-2. Key to this deck was the great amount of healing which allowed me to use weapons without worrying too much about getting low on health. There was even a game were I got as log as 3 health and was able to bounce back with lay on hands and protection from taunts. Rags the lightlord is awesome in arena and was key in my last game against a hunter where I played it and used vinecleaver to clear a primordial drake together with an enraged beserker taking me down to 6HP. I also sacrificed a damaged corrupted seer on the drake so as to ensure that the heal would go to me, turned out this was the right play as he had in hand and argent commander.
This was my first ever arena 12 win deck I drafted it myself without help from heartharena. Later I copied it to HA to see it has only a 67.9 score. The elemental synergies were amazing it allowed me to chain elementals and get some removal. The 2 blizzards also helped as often my strategy was to stall and get my opponent in range of a Pyroblast. My 12th win was a bit dissapointing in that oponent disconnected before game got started.
On win 11 mage oponent conceded when I was at 3 health and at least one turn away from lethal. 2 Losses came to priest that outvalued me with encased and mind countrol and a rogue that rushed me down.

With these improvements the deck works quite well. I have only lost 3 games out of 12. 2 against Shaman and one miracle rogue. In all my wins I have never needed N'Zoth. I replaced equality with Chillmaw and Cairne for Sylvanas. Historians are great to fill out your curve or give you a big finisher. I haven't gotten much use out of Ivory knight mostly because the deck has good removal and nerfs in the form of peacekeeper and KoU. Thanks for the improvements.
Thanks for the deck I finally beat it after trying for hours with a C'Thun and a Kel Thuzad priest decks.
It took me about 5 tries. In the finally one I killed the orc on turn 7 with a kindly grand mother and an infested wolf on board and a COTW, 2 Hound masters and a Mind Control tech in hand. COTW summoned an al'Akir which I used to one hit on the Infernal managing to clear both of them. Next turn I stole on infernal with the MCT and used 1 Hound master on the Lokk which allowed me to again clear the board reduce my board to 3 minions, played an animal Companion and got a couple of hits in. Next turn I played another COTW wich alllowed to again clear the board giving me a Foe Reaper which would have been great to clear the board yet again but it was not needed since I already had lethal.
Great to be able to beat this with a hunter deck and quite a cheap one. Another big advantage of this deck is that it plays very fast compared with the other decks out there which are mostly stall forever and each attempt takes hours with the outcome still uncertain.
Got in in my 3rd try with this deck. Since the gargoyles failed to turn up I buffed up a Light Well even with it untaunted it's healing and PW:Glory buff were able to keep me alive until I got the second Inner fire that buffed it 76 attack. A timely holy nova also helped. I think I would add other board clears like Excavated evil since you can quickly be overwhelmed by his 4/2 minions.
This is by far the hardest boss in this Adventure. I beat him with a version of this deck just added a KT but in the game I won I didn't draw him
The MVP in this deck is Sorecerer's Apprentice, but even if you get him in the mulligan it is still a very hard win. Stars need to align so that you can get a win. If he plays a Chromatic kin in turn one I never was able to win if he follows up with another one in turn 2 just concede.
If he plays a faerie dragon and you have a Mad scientist you are in luck specially if he duplicates the apprentice and you can get 2 on board. The Summoning stone is good to generate board but since I had an apprentice and Thaurissam most of the minions I got were 1 attack. i dint dare to kill off Thaurissian since his 5 attack were very useful.
You also have to get lucky with the mirror image I was able to get an Onixya which helped me to clear some of his Dragons.
Once you stabilize the board it is important to get rid of the afflictions as a priority I had a game which I thought was going to be a win with KT and 2 annoy-o-trons on boards and I didn't get rid of his cheap spell affliction and he flamestruck me twice. I beleive that the bug where he didnt attack taunted minions with KT on board is no longer there. He managed to kill one of them in one turn.

Would you play Val'anyr in this deck? Maybe even instead of Silver Sword?

I wish I had your problem. Consider us poor F2P players like me: 9 packs opened 0 legendaries.
