Blablabla, every expansion is the same, ppl saying HS is doomed then guys like you two come up n claim, no no its not that bad, blabla. Still, the new expansion had a huge impact, especially in Wild
1. I dislike the theorycrafting/early access a lot. The most fun to me in standard was the first week of a new expansion because you couldnt tell what to face on ladder usually, people trying out new stuff. Now with the theorycrafting streams, I think it was with the barrens expansion, people literally started netdecking streamers decks with were pretty good (secret pally, spellmage, for example), of course it took some time for the decks to refine but still. No fun at all to me.
2. People talking about bugs? BS. I understand why there are PTR in WoW etc because it makes sense. But in HS? What?
This game rlly needs an ingame report player button.
It does but I am 100% sure it will NEVER ever be added to the game. Blizzard doesnt copy (useful) functions from other games, they rather have their "nah we are Blizzard we are doing our own thing!". I once wanted to report a Bot in Hearthstone, the website told me to write an E-Mail and add a screenshot, etc. Imagine how much time that costs. Someone has to read the mail, check the informaiton given (Bnet ID, time, region, etc) and then search for the exact game within the system. Instead of, lets say, invest 5 hours to code a report button which saves all the information automaticly.
First of all, I'd like to apologize for this being more or less a salt thread. The last three times Mutanus the Devourer was played against me, he always sniped my biggest minion in hand (Grommash Hellscream out of 4, Rattlegore out of 5, Rattlegore out of 9(!)). The chances for that were 1 in 180. So I'm slightly infuriated by that card and I know, it's due to variance and the card probably isn't overpowered in general.
But I'd like to turn that into a constructive discussion whether it is a healthy kind of disruption tool. I mean, probably anyone can agree that disruption is something a game like Hearthstone should have. The question is, should it be in such a highrolly manner as Mutanus? In some instances, he eats a 1/1 from my hand and is completely useless and in some instances he more or less wins the game. Whereas some earlier disruption cards like Dirty Rat seem a bit more "fair" and consistent. What are your opinions on the matter?
Why was dirty rat more fair? Because you could get punished very hard?
They should actually unnerf leeching poison in wild it wouldnt really put kingsbane at a point of no return. It would be more in line powerwise with some of the other decks probably low tier 1 upper tier 2.
are you nuts? that would make it even worse "ignore everything, go face"
Hopefully Mutanas isn't strictly a Murloc-support card for Murloc decks, and is more of a general Murloc that has N'zoth synergy.
Except Mutanus is from the Nightmare, not related to the Old Gods. What kind of synergy would there be given N'Zoth, God of the Deep's battlecry?
He probably means it would be good if the murloc would be a good card by itself, without murloc synergies. Mostly, murlocs on their own arent really strong, but together they are. Well, the paladin prime murloc is good but neutral ones not so much
Well in one of the pictures you can see a neutral legendary murloc. When you look at the preview of the picture which was released, it looks like the legendaries are the bosses of the caverns. You can see a murloc (which was the endboss), a blue turtle, a nightelf and something else. In WoW there were nightelfs who shifted into snake form, so hopefully the legendary has some kind of effect like that, its also a druid card so most likely it will be a shapeshifter.

I do love the WoW lore but in HS, I dont care about any solo content at all. Its repetitive, boring as fk.

Dont think it will ever get nerfed, Iksar once posted something on twitter that he played a lot of secret mage in wild and he loves that deck, couldnt find the excat tweet but something similar (https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/lhbcfp/dean_ayalas_community_qa_5_core_set_classic_arena/)
So I assume, it will never get nerfed.
