Yeah tell me about it. I literally despise Big Priest. I never will nor do I do understand what is all the fuss about Kingsbane Rogue. They either draw good early and win or they draw shit and lose just like every other deck. 

What is so oppresive about it’s strategy that people dislike?

For people that don't dust their cards this is an absolute gold mine for dust. So the point of increasing dust refunds is just plain stupid as these people would gain so much dust they'd bust a nut.

I don't really see why people want compensation for playing a degenerate deck in the first place. All the decks that were nerfed will still be playable post nerfs. Won't be as strong, but playable.

If you crafted Kingsbane in hopes to play a Tier 1 deck well, jokes on you.

If they do end up giving away those golden packs then this year will most likely be the most generous year that Blizzard has ever been in Hearthstone and that is still something to note.

I am quite excited to play some Even Dude Paladin! I think it could be a pretty strong deck!

All of the nerfs seem pretty decent the only one I don't really like it the Saronite Chaingang nerf. Seems a tiny bit unnecersary, but maybe I am wrong.

He's admittedly not the greatest contstructed player, but he is by far one of the best if not the best Arena players in Hearthstone. Period, no debating about that.

Before becoming a mod, Sherman1986 and Jainashot stand out, but also a couple who had Leeroy+double PO and a double FON/SR combo gifs in their profiles were very rememberable (was it you guys??) I also knew Kiwiinbacon, but more his face from his videos on every deck on the frontpage than his name. Also rip Toymachine (lol all the familiar faces in that thread!) He was probably the user I respected the most on this site, great deckbuilder, lots of game knowledge and an insane amount of site achievements.

After becoming a mod, Kaladin is right up there with the others. No offense, I just didn't read the salt thread that much.

Also a shoutout to fellow dogooders Kovachut and DiamondDM13!

Toymachine! That is the guy I couldn’t remember the name of! He was hell of a dude always had some good jokes up his sleeve while staying relativly friendly. Was a heartbreaker when he left us.

I liked the Dungeon Run, I liked pretty much every PVE focused thing Blizzard has ever released and I must admit that the Rumble Run is the most unfair bullshit I have ever played. Last time I'm trying to win this Rumble clownfest and then I'm done for good. Thanks for this RNG based shitfest.

Well that warrior card that destroys all enemy minions seems broken as shit. Had a full board of big beasts with Hunter and it dissappeared just like that lol.

You got insanely lucky mate, when I played against Voone I played against 3 times Prince Keleseth and 3 times The Mistcaller. I don't think I ever faced 12-11 Fire Elemental one after another.

Because if you look at Town Crier, it draws you Mechs after you played Dr. Boom, Mad Genius and isn’t this the the same kind of interaction? Both say „Rush Minions“

And Geist and Academic is a pretty bad example, because their cost gets changed completely!

That's not how prep works. 

If you have the spirit on board, gain +2/+2 for every pirate on board. Then with just one pirate you get a 2 mana 3/3. If you drop a spirit turn 9 then turn 10 hooktusk to fill the board, trade one pirate, then drop this as a 2 mana 11/11 with rush. If you can manage to save double prep you can also cannon barrage after that for an additional 18 damage to finish clearing the board and do some face damage. Playable with one pirate on board and no spirit. Good with 2 pirates or spirit. Very good with 3 or more pirates or more than one with spirit.

When you have two of those next to each other and your opponent plays AoE, Blizzard servers will explode. :p

Sleeper OP card of the set? - Im calling it

My gripe is the PvE.  I think the PvE aspect of the expansions is a misdirected effort.  I never play this game as PvE unless you get cards, it pales in comparison to the universe of PvE content available.  I think it would be much stronger if they used the PvE as adventures between expansions.  They could cost a trivial amount of gold (200 per wing, first wing free) and introduce new cards (even just rares) to disrupt the meta.  Grinding 9 RNG bosses for a so-so card back - seems like a lot of creative effort down the tubes.
