Why is nobody disappointed on the fact that there is only 135 cards in this expansion, and they went from giving us 70 card packs for $50 for the Witchwood expansion pre-order to now these insanely over-priced card packs which you don’t even know what you’re gonna get from them, why can’t they just make you pay a set price and you unlock all the cards and don’t have to worry about having to open 40 more packs because you only got 2 legendaries for your pre-order bundle.

Kwakdizzle posted a message on Top 64 Decks From DreamHack Summer 2018Posted in: News"We have a balanced meta now, please dont count the few cards that came from the most recent set, or you'll notice how poor our planning was for this expansion. And whatever you do, DO NOT REALIZE that despite the lack of witchwood cards baku and genn will define and ruin your meta for the next 2 years. Thanks."
This topic has been beaten like a dead horse. It's a GOOD THING that there aren't that many witchwood cards. If there were, that would mean that the expansion would have created an even more powerful meta, powerful enough to eclipse the K&C and KFT cards that are currently in so many decks. Look at the cards. The whole idea was to reset the powerlevel and set the foundation for new mechanics and decktypes. And that is exactly what we have.
Not to mention that Baku and Genn has created many new archteypes and made previously never played cards viable through the even/odd restriction. That's something few people expected and I think that's pretty cool.

As a Paladin player, I can confirm that it's strong when played at the right moment but it really sucks to pull this with knight on turn 1. OMY and savior are stronger in general.

Classic is basically dead: based on numbers from hsreplay.net, the top5 most popular decks (last 7 days, diamond to legend) were played 182,000 times. The corresponding number for Classic is 6,050, that is, roughly 30 times less (I implicitly assume that the fraction of deck tracker users is similar across game modes).
One way to fix this would be to simply restart the cycle of set rotations!! Every month/season, a new expansion/adventure/mini set would be "released". So basically each month we could play a "new" standard meta from the past!! This would be beneficial for both players and Blizzard:
Players:
Blizzard:
Once the cycle reaches the current standard expansions, it would simply restart (that is, the most recent expansions are exclusive to standard).

After playing quite a few games, I would suggest the following:
- Agamaggan to Tier 6
- Charlga only buffing (other) friendly Quilboars
- Dynamic Duo: lower stats
- Bristleback Knight: less health
- Bristleback Brute: +2/+2 for the first gem played.
I think with these changes, the tribe is still good but not op anymore.

Golden Doomsayer & Pyromancer are the very few cards I crafted in golden because they look so amazing!!

Great job man! Even though this is not my main deck, I learned quite a bit from understanding your game approach :)
