posted a message on New Paladin Card Reveal - Time Out!

So... you think its genius... because you were told it is genius... by the exact kind of people that designed it...

Meanwhile actual target audience hates it.

Why is Emeriss, a green dragon, a hunter card? That doesn't make any sense.

posted a message on I want to become a better player

Here is my advice - focus on the current turn.

Hearthstone is a reactive game that forces you to constantly play around what opponent does. Most "weak" players either have no idea about the purpose of the cards in their own netdecked deck and use them kind of randomly or, on the contrary, focus on some hypothethical "combo" or "purpose" too much and don't care about what opponent is doing... until they die.

As Hearthstone is turn-based game, the current turn is everything that matters. You are faced with specific board position, and specific options in hand. Ask yourself - which card/cards will swing the board in my favour the most? How do I use mana efficiently? Should I use this card now, or will it give me more value next turn? Or maybe less value? Maybe I have no good options, and need to try to draw something instead?

posted a message on German Players Sintolol and P4wnyhof Disqualified From Global Games

How is that legal? By announcing official lists of players eligible for voting and officially setting the rules for choosing country representatives, a legally binding contract was formed. You can't one-sidely revoke this contract. P4wnyhof and Sintolol can easily sue for damages in German court.
