ESL has basically replaced Hearthstone for me. I like how it's more complex and I go less into autopilot mode while playing. The less harsh ranked mode seems to make casual actually more casual and ranking up less of a grind. I'm still doing quests in Hearthstone for gold for the solo experience of Kharazan though.
For some reason I misread it as a 5/4 for a while and now I'm extremely disappointed. Priest either stays a joke or might be lucky enough to get carried by dragons.
I can guarantee it's random. Deathrattles used to never say random even though they were back in Naxx release times. The designers seem to like hiding that word whenever possible.
I wouldn't neccessarily put a Fist of Jaraxxus into a discard deck except when you're maybe running a huge amount of discards. It's effect is way too unreliable and it's cost is too high when you don't get to discard it.
I hate this meta. My favourite deck (non-Reno Handlock) was killed and all I face in the ladder is Shamans and Warriors with the occasional BS combo deck like Worgen Warrior.
But take into account that it can add a duplicate card to your deck, making Reno less effective. The odds are low, though, but it can happen.
Nope. He can't put legendaries into your deck that are already in there and he can't put the same legendary in there twice either. He follows the normal deckbuilding rules like you do when you build that deck. This in turn gives you less variance on what you're going to get depending on the amount of legendaries you already have in there and it synergizes with Reno Jackson. I know this is weird since thecard text doesn't mention the deckbuilding rules at all but this has been stated by Blizzard afaik.
The self-sustaining old god - Play Barnes on turn 4, get a copy of Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound which then puts Y'Shaarj onto the board. Even better when you got the Y'Shaarj from Prince Malchezaar.
I hate it when Blizzard just makes cards that are obviously trash (see Poisoned Blade and The Boogeymonster) or keep cards on ridiculously low power levels. Just look at the classic set with cards like Ironforge Rifleman (more like Crappyforge No-Impactman) or Shadowform.
Especially Shadowform is a card that they wouldn't even directly need to buff, all they'd have to do is introduce cards that synergize with it. Like minions that would say: "If you are in Shadowform restore 6 health to your hero."
Is it just Blizzard or Hearthpwn doing a mistake with showing the rarities, are the 2 Warlock cards simply only commons for no reason or are there more than 2 class cards per class in this Adventure?

When Shaman is bad they get a 4 mana 7/7.
When Priest is bad they get a 2 mana Silence your own minion spell.
Blizzard logic.

This card is definitely much better than Fist of Jaraxxus. Maybe discard Warlock will be a at least a half decent deck.

2. What?
3. WHAT?
4. WTF?
5. IS THIS A JOKE?
6. AND CHANGE IT TO A 7/7, RIGHT!?!?

Pompous Thespian >Frostwolf Grunt; Evil Heckler > Booty Bay Bodyguard; Huge Toad > Bloodfen Raptor; Ice Rager > Magma Rager.
Murloc Tinyfin vs Wisp is actually the least infuriating of those.

This to Frostwolf Grunt is what Evil Heckler is to Booty Bay Bodyguard. FFS Blizz, you're putting your BS filler minions into adventures now as well?

Oh, I see. I totally forgot that LOE had 3 cards per class. My bad.

So I just realized that both Malchezaar's Imp and Kara Kazham! both seem to be common.

What do you know/think?
