Yes well I agree, the meta has already basically reverted to Stormwind decks. Quest Warlock, Garrote Rogue, Quest Warrior, Lifesteal DH, Mozaki Mage etc are a lot of what you will see already, and with the exception of Quest Warrior, which this deck does wins against, you don't win against the others.
As the title of this thread should indicate, it was really just about countering Paladin, which is generally ~ 50% of the games you're likely to match against climbing through diamond to legend.
Blizzard did 'promise' to nerf quest and old archetypes if they were too oppressive to new strategies emerging, particularly slower control style archetypes, so I am hopeful to see some change in a direction that makes this deck even more competitive.
Well, I have a positive win rate against, Shaman, Warrior, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Paladin & Hunter. Agreed you lose to Warlock, but not much doesn't atm. If you want to target any OTK deck, than this is not the deck for you sure.
I know many of you are loving the never ending stream of Paladin in Standard right now so I thought I'd share my deck that I am basically destroying all paladins with. Try it out if you're sick and tired of Uther and his BS. I am 75% winrate D5 - Legend and didn't lose a game against a Paladin (see attachment)
Region: Americas Usual Play Times: Anytime Level of Experience: Advanced Preferred Heroes: Druid, Mage, Hunter I’m Looking For: Looking for people to discuss current meta and general Hearthstone BS with
Tell us something about you: I once got arrested for throwing a meat pie through a window. The judge told me that next time I should eat it instead of throwing it. Tax dollars well spent

If you're interested in mulligan tips or any advice about the deck in general please comment and I'll offer what assistance I am able.
Add me on RNJeezus#11609 if you'd like to discuss how pleasant Uther's tears taste, or anything else about OTKstone AKA Hearthstone 2021 :)
Happy Laddering
