The initiate set was essentially to give Demon Hunter more tools at the start of year of the phoenix since the other classes all had an entire year of standard support during year of the dragon. Since the initiate set was basically just to help alleviate the problem of Demon Hunter not having enough cards, and now that it's had a year of support, leaving it in would essentially give Demon Hunter more support than other classes.
BGs is pretty kino and they've admitted to tinkering around with the idea of a co op mode so it's not like they don't care.
"some weird fucking rotation nonsense"
Imagine being confused by a rotation system that Magic the Gathering has used since 1993.
"downright cancerous and skullfucked reward track system"
If you actually played the game instead of raging in Hearthpwn comments you'd realize you get more gold, and again Iksar has admitted that they're doing further improvements next expansion.
I never asked for any of the things you say "we" do. I'm smart enough to understand the concept of getting free cards for a year, which is a system MTG has been using for nearly 30 god damn years now, except for them they still have to pay for their core sets each year. Grow up and be happy for once you're, getting free fucking cards.
Wow, weird to see someone proudly admitting to being a whale before. Guess what buddy? There's a line between f2p and whales and that's called people who put a couple of bucks in every now and again and I still am lacking a crap ton of cards. They're literally only making like, 1/10th of the collection free, get off the entitlement train for a minute and let the peasants have a little food.

Imagine being so pay2win you get mad when players smart enough to keep their savings accounts get free cards for one year.
