Especially the second is out of place at the moment, during early expansions it was ok to have 4/1 ratio but the size of the collection increased by a magnitude since then, 4/1 is not making sense any more, it's overly expensive.
This nerf doesn't make any sense. The card wasn't a problem before it was indirectly buffed, so just change the it back to the original effect... "your cards ALWAYS cost 5".
At least this pretty much guarantees the death of Naga/Giant decks in wild. Plus; 800 free dust... so whatever. I just don't understand the thought process here.
This. It wasn't broken, they broke it, then they reverted it and then they broke it again to end up nerfing to oblivion.

Charge should be removed completely, it's unhealthy for the game, it's annoying, it's a constant source of problems and it's limiting design space.
Getting 30 damage to face from hand from 1 mana 1/1 which now is 5/5 it's infuriating.
Removing charge will make this deck weaker but still strong enough and it will help to create interesting cards without worrying about a stupid boar or a pirate abusing them.

Balance wise might need a mana increase to 6 or health decrease since you essentially generating 3 cards.

Got it as free legendary too, seriously it could have been a common and still be garbage.
A disgrace to all other legendaries.
