Yeah, there are a thousand different way you can take it with so many options. I like all your ideas though! I did a little editing of the deck to make it less top heavy and I think it'll perform better now.
Kodo Rider could be dropped but it'll make the deck have less late game topdeck power. I feel like I typically am able to get in a spot where the turn I drop him, the opponent wont have enough minion power to kill him on their turn without wasting burn or some kind of other trick on them, and thats just extra damage that isn't going to your face and you get a 3/5 out of the deal too. It's always performed well for me. You just have to set up favorable conditions like you'd do for Confessor.
I think Justicar over Saraad is the right call. Saraad tends to underperform as there are too many irrelevant spells, but 4 life will always be relevant, especially with so many 5 toughness minions. I think the Dark Cultists are needed for the deck. Solid 3 drop with good stats that help us reach the late game.
I agree one more lightbomb is needed. I'm thinking either taking out a power word shield, or a shadow word pain.
I was also thinking switching an Azure Drake for a twilight drake or a hungry dragon to even out the curve a bit. The card draw is nice, but the spell damage is rarely relevant and we have a good amount of 5 drops.
Nice! The deck is powerful, but a little hard to play with all the different decisions you can make in any turn. I've also been wanting another lightbomb in here as it's super efficient removal and leaves most of our guys alive. I know what you mean about Confessor. Sometimes she is just too cute as a win more card. Try playing really defensively with taunt minions and throwing your minions into the opponents so you can play her turn 7 for more impact. She's basically a must answer or you win card, but it's possible this deck doesn't need her.
I almost never have issues with having enough dragons. Justicar seems like a viable option, but I've never played that card so not entirely sure. Let me know how it works!
Looks cool. I've been wanting to make a similar deck too but never got around to it. The main issue I see is that this deck doesn't really have a finisher. There are lots of cool synergies, but no real way to close out the game other than having a Sorcerer or Darkbane survive several turns.

Thanks! You could switch out Confessor with another Kodorider or any minion that gains value by staying alive.
My last rank with it was 11, but I don't play often. My win rate with it is really high though.

haha... yeah it's a liiiiittle expensive but if you happen to have all or most of the cards it's pretty fun.
