This is a fun deck I made that's been doing well on ladder. Shadow Council started out as a meme, but it's surprisingly strong! you can either go for an aggro rush approach, or try to fill your hand to buff with scrap imps and use raise dead to get more, then slap down a big board of demons.
First game I got 2 taunted 12/14s out onto the board and then my opponenet played a flick killing both my giants and the one in my hand. *facepalm* Second game both my giants were the bottom 3 cards in my deck and my gipetto drew every other card but giants. I died.
Replaced the two Fungal with another Wrath and the 10 cost of minions quest. Ensures you don't discard any of the minions you have, and gives you a bit more support against Aggro. FWIW...
This change doesn't make any sense to me. Fungal is one of the best cards in the deck and the quest you added only gets triggered if you play 2 of your 3 minions in the deck. I don't see that ever getting triggered and you probably wouldn't want it to either since one of any of the minions is almost always enough to win
how about making it so (at least) some quests are completed in bgs ? things like playing cost minions, maybe taking turns don't complete in bgs
How about no. Not everyone wants to play Battlegrounds. This is a card game first before anything else. Battlegrounds is an accessory to the game in attempt to keep Hearthstone relevant to other card game and auto-battlers.
I think they are just wanting the quests to also complete in this mode. Not that they ONLY are completed in BG.
I think the murloc works. I made something similar a while back, I think the main thing to worry about is which tribe (or tribes) the minion would end up with. Is it Murloc, Mech or both ? Either way it seems balanced and interesting.
So thank you @Nohva for your feedback but I since came up with a new idea that I'm much more excited about.
Behold :
I love the flavor baked into this card but I'm not sure about the balance. Most extrem case that I see is Deathwing and Faerie Dragon but even then it doesn't seem far from Barnes with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and it still requires proper deck building. What do you think ?
so 4 mana get a 4/8 malygos, 4/8 ysera, and a 2/2 beast? This card would never see the light of day
This is a tough deck to play. There are so many competing goals that I don't know what I should be trying to do in any given turn. Its definitely fun but I'm getting stomped with it at rank 5
I just played 10 games with this deck (1 unlogged; see attachment) and only lost 1 of them as a result of a top-decked zephrys when I had lethal. The other games I felt like I never was in trouble and just crushed the opponents. This was getting to rank 5 too so it was against all the meta try hard decks.
All this is to say I am super surprised at how good this deck got with the addition of Kun and Thaurissan. Anybody else been messing around with this deck? I saw an infinite version that looked cool, but don't know how necessary that package is. I rarely felt like I needed more late game power.

Upvoted for the creativity! looks fun, I'll have to give it a try.

This deck is super strong. I just won against galakrond rogue 3 times, totem shaman, highlander hunter, and a slew of other high tier decks.

that does 6 damage to it so you'd need more

Tahu Sagewind is way OP just as a card by itself. Literally every deck would run this card, and it would make most aggro decks obsolete
