I'm so looking forward to nerfs, HS needs balance badly atm.
Like the last 15 balance patches achieved that outcome...
Thijs played it a few days ago to legend. His list is a bit different and I prefer it.
Ancient Mage and Lifedrinker feels a bit clunky.
At 1 hour 50 min he change to even rogue.
You clearly have a defective meme receptor.
This bullshit practice of nerfing a couple of months after every content release is highly unethical in my view.
They market their shitty expansions based on the overpowered cards they release, and then turn around and change the cards after enough time has passed that most of the paying customers have made their purchases. To top it off, they proceed to consider the amount of dust refunds rather than actually balancing the game in making their decisions. This is typified by the completely outrageous decision to leave patches untouched for almost its entire life in the standard rotation while rushing to nerf an irrelevant rare.
People need to stop blindly paying money for this scam if there's to be any hope they actually prioritize the player base over the amount of money they can extract from the playerbase.
They should buff him to 10 Mana
6 mana 6/3 deathrattle: Draw a card
well since blizz is making nerfs why didn't they make these too. Make idol cost 2 mana (so it matches the other class jade builders). remove the charge from Patches. make vicious fledgling cost 5 mana. Put Gadgetzan Auctioneer in the hall of fame. Radiant Elemental and Sorcerers Apprentice 3 mana. make all shaman totems 0/2 (including the heroes). remove the draw a card from Power word shield.
I know you all dislike these choices. They come out with a set, players find a strong build and WHAM here comes the nerfs. the only strong build that wasn't nerfed (I believe) was Dragon Priest (cause those ended up being swaped out)
I am against the war axe nerf, and the innervate nerf. There is only 5 other weapons that are 3 mana 3/2 eagle horn bow (hunter), Rallying Blade (Paladin), Shadowblade (Rouge), Powermace (Shaman), kings defender (warrior) and they all have an effect and only 3 of these other weapons are currently in standard. if they nerf the axe, then give it an effect. If innervate was nerfed because vicious fledgling could be played on turn 1 then up fledgling's cost to 5 mana. Once it begins snowballing it will win one the game if not dealt with early.
When the commander-Patron combo for warriors was popular, they could have made patrons attack to 4, (this however makes it harder for priest's to hard remove with shadow word Pain) and with the frothing berserker could have lost the charge effect from the commander when it's attack was grater then 3. As Southsea deckhand loses charge when you longer have a weapon equipped.
What Blizz has Planed for the future Expansions hopefully make up for these nerfs
