This would be the final nail in the coffin for so many players.
The past Hof rotations did nothing to fix the game. They should carefully consider just throwing more cards out of standard after assuring the playerbase that classic/basic would be evergreen.
You admit right off the bat that aggro is not unbalanced; you just think it's boring playing against it. If you want to play long games with slow decks, find other like minded people, and play via your friends list. You can even get quests done...
Classes like shaman, priest and warlock that are so dependent on expansions will always be feast or famine. They can't just give Superior cards to these classes every expansion to make up for bad evergreen tools, so they will always either be dominating or totally unplayable.
Blizzard seems to be thinking that nerfing all the good evergreens will fix this, but it's just going to create more classes that have no real identity and whose success relies on getting some broken gimmick every expansion
It doesn't have to work. You do realize that like around 70% of the cards they print are utterly useless? Do you realize they do this on purpose so that they can justify their bullshit nerfs to classic/basic? (Goodbye eaglehorn, prep, backstab, and animal companion)

The mark of a badly designed card is one that is broken at a certain Mana cost, and total shit if it costs (1) more.

Year of the rager. All cards will be 3 Mana 5 1

This only makes sense if you already have all the msg legendaries.

They should have just done this a year ago. It would have avoided so many unnecessary nerfs and card designs. Ridiculous.
2
What a joke. More bullshit changes that don't address the root problems.

Don't bother with too many kc packs. There are very few cards you actually need.

The ungoro quests should only be activated by cards in classic, old gods, Kara, msg and ungoro.
