I like this design better than Tar Creeper, despite it not being as powerful. The restriction on the bonus means that you can't just throw this out to protect your already large board - it's more strictly a defensive tool.

Are you sure you want to cut Dark Peddler from your deck? He adds a LOT of flexibility against a lot of decks. But if you want (or have) to cut him from the deck, I would put Knife Juggler or Dire Wolf Alpha

Is good if you just want to have fun but otherwise I would dust it becausr it pretty unreliable

Nah that is too slow. Because you would have to play Rumbling Elemental first and then hope that it dosn't die which in today meta is difficult to do and all you accomplish is dealing 2 damage which is really lackluster.
