posted a message on Classic Format Live Today - The Hottest Decks To Start With

Been playing this game since Beta and on a really high level aswell , Battlegrounds is more fun and challenging. Again 90% of the streamers are playing battlegrounds aswell , not because they don't have to spend money. In fact I watch most of there streams daily and know why they left standard because they don't like the game and battlegrounds is more fun. I never spend that much on this game but have played every top tier deck , even had a golden control wallet warrior deck in the past , just from playing the game and doing your quests , wich doesnt take much time at all.

Also never claimed people will play classic forever , only that the game was better in the beginning but they didnt evolve it enough in all those years , they just keep repeating decks like zoo lock and rogue and paladin never had a viable control deck for example. They can push archtypes if they really want to , Warrior and Warlock has had loads of differend archtypes.

Atleast the game was good back than , now 90% of the streamers just pay Battlegrounds.

The main problem is back than we had Zoo lock , Tempo Rogue , Aggro Shaman , Aggro Hunter ect. and many years later we are still playing the exact same stuff instead of new Archtypes.

The Dev team is too hung up on class identity but every class should be able to play control/Aggro/tempo ect. Why does Paladin have to be the small dude class for an internity. Even when looking at world of warcraft and paladin tanks and there spells , the class could easily be a viable controll deck but they never had a tier 1 control deck not even ones.

For me personally the fact that we are still playing zoo lock , wich is one of the first decks on this website back than , really ruins the game. Please make up new stuff and give every class variaty instead of doing the same archtypes over and over just with different cards.

I quit doing standard and Wild for battleground like most of us , but will definitly start doing my daily quests again in classic mode.

posted a message on Post Nerfs Meta Decks - Wild Format - With Decklists!

on top of that there the same play style as they have been since beta , same for standard btw. Yes decks like Patron Warrior , Highlander Priest , Jade Druid , Reno Lock , Cube Lock and a bunch more where overpowered but atleast they where unique decks and required some tought. There so stuck on class identity , that we never got a top tier control paladin , control hunter or whatever archtype you want. Every class has always exelt in the same archtypes , rarely anything unique. Warrior , Warlock and probally Druid have gotten the most archtypes wich should be for every class every expansion , in my opinion atleast.

Yes fanboy. Any criticism belongs in the salt thread except there is no salt here. But congratulations on being the 10,000th member to post that link. Here’s a cookie.

Finally someone with a brain , any critisism is met by Fanboy's on this website most of the time , only a handfull of people actually know what there talking about.

The original poster is right but your not allowed to be critical about this game on this website or people will burn you down. Game is still the same as it was in Beta for a big part. Always the same Archtypes with the same classes.

OP, piece of advice: don't start telling everyone they're not mature or whatever if they disagree or just troll. That's also not mature.

    On topic:

I definitely agree with you. The game would be much more fun and fresh if we had more (working) archetypes. They made the standard format to keep the game fresh but all they do is recycle the same archetypes while adding some unique deck at some point like you mentioned.

They create unique archetypes like jade druid, quest rogue, cube lock too rarely and usually these ones dominate the meta which doesn't even let the players build up love for the new archetype but hate.

They had chance after chance to create a good dragon paladin deck that players have been asking for and still nothing yet.

Speaking of paladin, there are good things happening, too, like the new mech paladin. However, it doesn't feel as unique as it is because mechs are everywhere in the meta and people become bored of them which is natural.

I met a few interesting decks in legend like beast plot twist warlock with Untamed Beastmaster and an enrage warrior. Very refreshing games that just prove your point.

The Dragon Paladin thing is another very good example indeed , they could have easily pushed it. My main beef is not enough fresh archtypes after 5 years , the reason for it seems like they are stuck on class identity to much mainly.

I agree more with the question of why it matters to someone who quit the game in December.

You decided to write an article about a game that you most likely will never play again.  And chose to bash it.

You think the game will be more fun when you have cards with "I draw this on curve and I win" mechanics instead of RNG?

I can only conclude that you are an average net decker who is salty because their winrate dropped and they can no longer autopilot to Legend with their odd paladin deck.

That's a really weird conclusion to reach, since their main beef is with Aggro being the only viable Paladin archetype, and wanting something more control oriented.

That was just a example that can be applied to every class. Warrior and Warlock probally had the most variaty , at one point you had dragon warrior , pirate warrior , controll warrior and some more if i remeber correct. Looking at the whole history of the game Warrior and Warlock probally had the most archtypes overall wich is healthy in my opinion and every class deserves the same treatment

I'm glad you know me so well after one thread , for your information I have been high legend every season since its release , besides maby 2 or 3 months cause of personal issue's. You shouldn't judge a person so easily that you have never met and know nothing about

I think eventually we all get feed up with certain games. I mean I used to play csgo, lol(I was diamond in season 3) diablo 2-3, fifa,  and at the time I didn't think like quiting them at all.

There is nothing bad in loving and than hating a game. Fifa for example. I invested a lot of time and some money into it, but after a while I realized that it's scripted a.f. so I deleted it. Thing is, the perfect game doesn't exist.  Why I play hs? It Is convinient on mobile and yeah... It's far from perfect but I stil like it.

    😉👍

Same happend to me with FIFA , been playing Clash of Clans on Mobile for 6 years never had any issue's with it. I still like wow but don't play it cause I like raiding with good players , but dont want it to feel like a job 4 nights a week. It's hard to get a solid weekly group for one or 2 days maby 2 hours to get stuff done with people that got half a brain.

The issue is that players will always play the same archetypes since they are stronger than some freeze shaman or control paladin. And that's why new archetypes are impossible as long as Blizzard won't make some totally overpowered cards that are cores of new archetypes.

Fair enough , altough they keep supporting those archetypes with new cards aswell every year

"Dude" refers to Silver Hand synergies, right? Like Lost in the Jungle or Quartermaster?

Has there been a single Silver Hand synergy revealed this expansion?

Actually what I meant is that Paladin usually always get small minions for decks with small minions , I wasn't talking about Synergies or combo's what so ever

Actually i'm not salty at all , i'm just giving my view on things , maby you guys aren't mature enough to respect that , thats another story all together

I'm absolutely mature enough to respect the view from someone who hasn't played in a year. I wonder if the person who hasn't played in a year is mature enough to realize how little his perspective matters...since, ya know...he hasn't played in a year.

Would you like to know my position on Italian economics? I've never been to Italy, and I'm not an economist. But I have opinions.

I never said I havent played for a year I mist 2 expansions and I know every deck that is played I still check the news and look for things , your the salty one cause you havent given any constructive critisism. Please explain why you agree or disagree with my opnions. If your only here to troll theres no further need for me to respond. So far you haven't been mature what so ever.

I'm not salty cause I quit the game 8 months ago , wich is the past i'm living today , just giving my view on the game. Apparently your not mature enough to give your own opinion on the matter.
