While the Leatherclad Hogleader looks like it would be good in Mill decks, it will not be run for the same reason Mill decks didn't run Clockwork Giant or Goblin Sapper, because Mill decks would rather have removal and ways to get to their removal than threats, it's also a 6 mana card, which is a terrible tempo play for Mill decks. Spiked Hogrider is okay, but in the end you're just paying 5 mana to do 5 damage to a taunt minion, and summon a regular or damaged 5/5. Tanaris Hogchopper is the worst, as the effect is way to situational, and it has poor stats. The cards are mediocre in arena.
Good, but it does not really fit in zoolock, and handlock has long been dead.
Anything that costs more than 4 and isn't a Doomguard or Sea Giant is bad in zoolock. Handlock has long since been dead, but who knows, maybe this expansion another type of Control Warlock will be pushed.

Midrange Golem Shaman? I hope not...
1
When Crowd Favorite attacks, he says "I have lethal"
When Doomsayer attacks, he says "Did I miss it?"
And Sherman1986, shut the fuck up
2
Its pretty good in arena tho, standard 2 drop stats plus the ability to return a minion

The real question is why you give a shit about TGT packs

First of all you forgot about rogue, and...
"Priests specialize in healing and removal"
Warrior: Best removal in the game
Paladin: Best healing in the game
