So basically dh is the answer to the problem. No big RNG, you play most of dh cards and few neutral, and sometimes almost all your deck, so every card has value almost every turn. But people hate DH. People hate RNG. There is no solution that accept the game for what it is.
I think today we have so many choices. You can play aggro, mid range, control or combo and still you have an opportunity to win against any deck because of RNG. Draw the right card is also RNG.
Hs was I think in a bad spot. Blizzard needed more players in this game, push the old one to comeback. DH was the solution, you dont need to have old expansions/adventures cards to be competitive. Dh is on purpose so strong: it let you play fast and win more game, people like it. They can nerf most of the dh cards without need to give dust back, so they will nerf someone, sure.
The duplicate rule worked with the one time reward during the climb this month, all the classic card were the missing one. Why changed with the seasonal reward? I'm still missing rare cards and I got some duplicate.
Alexstrasza should heal 15 hero or minion instead of set any hero at 15. If she is the queen of life, she should heal only. Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Zephrys the Great should work only if the deck started with no duplicate.
The card is almost op. 3 43, good stats, deathrattle : ruin highlander deck - spells only deck - 2 draw. 1 card. Another problem is Queen Alex, 2 dragon for 0 mana is op as well. Zep give aoe/heal to all class, op.
I'm not a DH player, but what's the sacrifical pact on kill an opponent demon and gain heal for 0 mana? 0 mana for own minion sounds ok, for opposite should have a cost. And of course don't forget the interaction with Jaraxxus, you can win with a 0 mana card. The card need a new design.
I like the idea behind new keyboard: Outcast. It's something new and fresh for the game. The problem is they printed too many broken cards to the DH, a class without a "identity": draw - lifesteal - mana reduction - demons/weapon sinergy - tempo - taunt - rush and I'm probably missing something more.

The lackey the give you 2mana random minion works fine, so why don't get random dragon and spell from the others lackeys? Will be more balanced.

I prefer dh meta more than res priest.
