posted a message on How would YOU revamp the ladder?

So I posted a link to my idea that I had posted on The Angry Chicken podcast's Reddit, That got me a warning for answering the original posters answer with a simple link, so here it is, a just as simple Copy/Paste job...

I may have commented this in another post but I had a new ladder idea, and if you're a fan of baseball you'll understand my thinking on this.

There would be a few different ladders all in one ladder, it'd be similar to baseball in the fact that you'd have a set up like this inside the main ladder (MLB, AAA, AA, A, Rookie). The 5 sub ladders would all be season long, new players start in Rookie and stay in Rookie until they are in a top percentage of players in that league, then they move up to A. You can't drop back in to Rookie if you play regularly, but say you take a break from the game, new cards have been released you're very rusty, you log in for the first time in X number of months and you get an option to start in A or Rookie. Each month (season) in the rest of the levels A - MLB you can drop down a level if you either don't play or finish in the bottom X% of the league, and vice versa, you can move up if you finish in the top X% of the league. That would save the perennial Legend players from all dropping back to the bottom of the ladder and climbing back up.

Each league will have different rewards from a card back for all levels, to maybe different amounts of packs/dust/gold depending on levels. Perennial Legends wont get dust, since they probably don't need it so much but the lower tiers will, it'll help build up their collection. Same with packs. We'll come up with cooler rewards for top tier players. Maybe Blizz can come up with remote online tournaments that you get invitations to.

I know the ladder if flawed, I think this would level out matched a lot, you wont get the Legend players going up against Joe Casual down in AA. And you wont get people with full collections playing against new players with whatever classic cards they've gotten in the tutorial phases of the game.

Hope you all like this idea, hope you all toss some up votes my way and offer up some other ideas, how can I improve this idea, what's wrong with this idea. But keep it civil, we're all Hearthstoners here.

it's their game, they can do what they want with it, by that thought process if you pay for a subscription to WoW and play fire mage and they nerf it and you don't want to play arcane mage you can sue them for that too?
