There are some minions with bonker stats that people hasn't even thought of like Ancient Watcher  Humongous Razorleaf or even Eerie Statue. Some warlock cards also works well like the Anima Golem  or even Wrathguard and some has even mentioned Unlicensed Apothecary and Howlfiend I am pretty sure there are some more minions with big stats with bad side effects.

I doubt it, you would need the discount somehow, and for that you need Emperor Thaurissan. You can try of course with different approach just play the cube on an automaton at turn 10, then hope it stays till the next turn, then use deathrattle triggers.

You could also consider something like Prince Taldaram + Automaton + HP. Would be a 12 dmg combo for 10 mana, but still solid dmg for 2 cards (like two activated Kill Commands).
