Since I have gotten as close to a reply as I am likely to get, feel free to post your moments of great luck or funny uses.
This card is a double edged, razor sharp sword with no grip, pommel, or guard. If you use it right, it works great. If you mess up even slightly, you get cut bad in a big hurry.
Snow king is correct. I am looking for % chances of certain mana costs.
Insane ceiling and it climbs really fast once it actually starts climbing. Often dies before It can start climbing.

I'm trying to figure out how they thought this is balanced. This is as good as cobra shot is bad, if not more so.
Does anybody have the likelihood of unstable portal giving a minion of a given value? All my searching has only found data from before the big reveal.
The problem with targeting wisps is the only options are another wisp or a target dummy. Since an buffed wisp is 1 health, your not even healing it
It is an incredibly powerful card when you just need a (big) body and can quickly be a game changer.
