You really need Reckless Flurry to clear these wide-board aggro decks (Piratewarrior, Tokendruid, Discardlock). I got legend twice with a similar Oddwarrior list, so trust me :-)
I am not sure if I got this right, but how does the play with Lorekeeper Polkelt work in turn 5? For example, you play Lorekeeper Polkelt in T4, then you draw Shirvallah, the Tiger in T5 and cannot use Holy Wrath anymore to push 25 damage to the opponents face. I thought the play is as following: Play Lorekeeper Polkelt in T9, then play immediately Holy Wrath and draw it to the opponents face. Or am I missing something?
Edit: after a bit thinking I guess, its the molten giant which is doing the damage after Shirvallah is drawn, right?
I can agree @TheOnlyVendetta - when I was playing on legend last season, I was often matched against diamond 1-10, sometimes even against platin opponents. Actually I am not sure, wether MMR is the fair way to match against opponents, liked the old system much more, when you were matched against your rank (+ or - 1 rank).
And hiding the opponents rank is surely because you should not see that you are matched against a higher rank player.
A good warlock player will destroy Expired Merchant immediately in his turn to avoid her to get silenced. The other deathrattle cards are not so important to tech a silence card in our odd warrior deck.
@1DayIWillBHokage: Some friends have already asked me for the deck code after seeing my legendary rank in the friend list - take this as a compliment to your decklist ;-)
A silence minion does not currently seem to be necessary in this meta. Look at all the comments below, several people hitted legend with this decklist without silence. I also never felt like I needed silence during my legend run.
@nutinilati: A little guide would be great. With a secret mage I never got more than diamond 4 - with an Odd Warrior I am now at diamond 2 and would like to understand better, how to play correct with secret mage ;-)
I am in the same situation as you - I also don't have Darius Crowley and replaced it with Zilliax. Little advantage: When your discovered more mechs with Dr. Bumms heropower, you can magnetize Zilliax to them and heal yourself a bit.
I don't have much time to play, but managed to play from Dia4 to Dia2 with this decklist with an actual winrate of 64% - top.
Love this deck, played yesterday from Diamond 4 (1 star) to Diamond 3 (3 stars), but then I was struggling with Diamond 2 - too many Warlocks. Hope the nerfs (Bloodbloom...) will help a bit. As I don't have Darius Crowley, I replaced it with Zilliax, works well for me.
@xClusive: Your hints also were very helpful yesterday!
Thank you for the update! I loved to play the original version and I also like the updated version, just have to craft only Archspore Msshi'fn (what an awful name to write...). Do you play this deck at Diamond 5 - Diamond 1? Actually I am struggling at Diamond 3 - three stars - never jumped over to Diamond 2 ;-)

I see a conflict Barnes <-> Raging Felscreamer. Otherweise, nice deck idea.

I like the deck idea and will try this deck. Just a question before I craft the missing cards (5000 dust) -> You wrote:
As a big bonus we run Lorekeeper Polkelt and Holy Wrath + Molten Giant and Shirvallah, the Tiger to blast the enemy into oblivion. This can be done as early as turn 5!!

No chance, this is your contra deck. Just concede and look for the next opponent. Mill rogues are so rare, it doesn't pay off to talk about them.
