In both stories I'm missing the fact that Tyrande was unavailable to get in a lot of countries. These people missed out on a cool new hero, not because they were 'lazy' but simply because of where they live. It feels pretty unfair if you never got the chance to get it, and they already stated multiple times earlier that they would make her available again through other means for everyone in the future. I do agree that giving it away to everybody for free is a bit much, but this was bound to happen (and fair to the people who missed out unintentionally).
Mostly the people from the countries where it was unavailable would disagree with you. It really sucks when a cool new hero arrives but it's unavailable for you just because of where you live. You compared it with exclusive cardbacks, but a brand new hero is a bit more than that. I think you'd agree if a new hero came out everywhere except your area, making you and your friends miss out on it while everyone else gets it.
Depends on whether it's constructive criticism. There are a lot of people who just shout 'This sucks' or 'Game is dead'. Yeah, you're not going to get a lot of people on your side with simple cries like that. It's usually downvoted when it doesn't add anything but needless negativity to the discussion.
Perhaps this mode just isn't your thing, but there are A LOT of players enjoying Battlegrounds right now. Admittingly the mode still has a few flaws, but that's why it's still in Beta. You're free to ignore Battlegrounds and keep playing the original modes if you don't like it, but there's no use of throwing these posts on topics you're not interested in.
How is playing a 3/9 taunt and summoning three 1-cost minions for your opponent the same as summoning three 1/1's on your board and transform them in completely random 4-mana minions? I wanted to say this logic doesn't make any sense, but I'm not sure I dare call it a 'logic'...
Like Purpenflurb already said: in the late game most minions will have divine shields. Besides that, most players expect a Foe Reaper or a Hydra, so they'll put the minions they don't mind losing, with divine shield or don't mind taking damage next to the taunt minions. It usually goes to the side hitting only 2 minions or hit divine shields (in which case damage doesn't matter). About 90% of the time they're not going to get a 2nd hit in there before they're killed off, in which case it's just a minion with a bit more attack. So yeah, even with +10 attack they're not going to do you much more good than without.
And yes, there might be the accidental case where it finally pays off, but any experienced opponent will switch his board accordingly. Does that make it worthless? No. Does that make other hero powers a lot better? Definitely. And that's why he's so low compared to others.
I personally already had a few wins with Patchwerk, usually through demons and/or by ramping up quickly. Due to the extra health you can take 1-2 extra losses near the start and use those turns to ramp up faster than the others. Then cross you fingers for some high rolls on minions, but if you get them you're usually ahead of the rest.
Most heroes require a different playstyle and it's very hard to be good at all of them. Opinions differ a lot about the heroes and it's all about how well you do at their playstyle. Some heroes might just not be the one for you while it is for someone else. And some are definitely harder to master than others.

Yeah, that was pretty dumb of me. My mistake!

How about being happy with the reward you get, instead of instantly complaining it's not exactly what you wanted (from a FREE event)?

I just went rank 19 to rank 12 with only 2 losses during the whole streak. So at lower ranks it most definitely works.

You are completely right with the idiotic part. You are completely wrong by referring to Blizzard or the pack as the idiotic part.
