Zola the Gorgon practically allows us to put 14 potential face damage on board, to replay our win condition if it gets destroyed and to get wider on board against the hero power of Quest Warrior. So you may choice one of the following replacements depending on which one of the benefits provided by Zola the Gorgon is more concerning your playing style.
None of them tested though,
- Raging Worgen - Budget and same mana cost with Zola. You can play it in the same turn with Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk and force your opponent to deal with more than one body. If it survives, it has the potential to deal 8 face damage.
- Cinderstorm - It is versatile. From early game face damage to clearing the board, it can be useful.
- Tar Creeper - Ragnaros the Firelord must live!
- Corpse Raiser - Did I say "Ragnaros must live"..?
- Clockwork Automaton - 4 damage hero power.
- Simulacrum - Long shot but maybe you can get an extra copy of Jan'alai, the Dragonhawk
- Carnivorous Cube - To have multiple Ragnaros the Firelords or Zilliaxs. Really long shots.
- Faceless Manipulator - To have multiple Ragnaros the Firelords.
- Blast Wave - Extra spells can win the game.
- Leeroy Jenkins - Because why not!?
- Alexstrasza - To prepare your opponent for Ragnaros.

had the quest to play spells and found this deck. made a slightly budget version since i don't have all the cards and i must say i'm definitely having some fun with it. mind you i'm at rank 20 just screwing around with some nice combos. i even threw in Blackwald Pixie which i'm sure people don't expect
