This was made public at the beginning of this year, it has been around the network for three months, while Zalae has been participating in tournaments and has been invited to events and streamings, and now, when we are hours of the start of the new season of Grandmasters, Blizzard takes action and kicks him out?
The same thing happened to me a couple of days ago in diamond 4, I won three or four games in a row but the game did not register my progress, then I restarted and it returned to normal, but it did not give me the stars that it was supposed to have.
I made a post on the forum to find out if anyone had experienced something similar but no one said anything about it.
This hasn't happened to me before been playing fore years. Is this a recent feature of blizzard to slow down our climb? :)
Nothing like this had happened to me before. I theorized that perhaps it could be a bug related to the transition from one game format to another, for example, from casual to standard. That day I played my first games of the day in casual and then I went to standard, and there the problems began.
Last month, my legend reward chest looked more like the classic chest (with the classic icon on the lid) after trying a few games in that format, although in the end my reward was the expected legend. That is why I think there may be some problems related to the transition between game modes that could explain the stealing of stars that some of us are suffering. But not a word from the company so...

I´m not playing casual, just ladder, and in the last hour or something I've been winning games but I'm still stuck with a diamond 4 with two stars. I don't know if it is a visual bug or something that is fixed with the relog. Nor do I see the animation the end of the game, you know, the victory or defeat thing.
We're all enjoying it today. The real question is how many people will still enjoy it 5 days from now ? Not many I expect. And then 5 weeks from now, nobody.
People will abandon it as soon as the new expansion comes out, that's true, and it will be difficult for it to maintain a community beyond the time slots where standard becomes unplayable. It's a bleak future indeed, so I'll try to enjoy the next few hours
I didn't have high expectations with the classic format and I didn't think I would dedicate more than one game to it just to test it, but I played the first game and... I just got hooked. I started playing hearthstone in mid-2015 and by the time my collection was very limited, so I never experienced the game in its pristine version, for calling it somehow. And I have to admit, to my surprise, that it is being a refreshing experience. Just play dudes, make some trades and try to be ahead... and you win games! There is something peaceful in the fact that you will not die suddenly from some random madness that came out of nowhere.
And don't get me wrong, I love to play random value decks, just don't want to play them every day, so I love the fact that now there is a place where I can have that kind of "classic" experience.
And for the first time in a long time, I really want to sit down and play with a cup off coffee and some snacks. I´m happy.
They had already covered their backs by announcing a couple of days ago that the patch would come with a lot of bugs, so I guess this will be a mess until a week or two after the Barrens release.
Before the patch I had 953 victories with Warlock (I kept track because it was the class that was closest to 1000 wins), and upon logging in I found the portrait of 1000 wins. I may have won 47 games with the class in arena, but I guess they set that cap.

Well, they will have to do something to keep the format alive in the medium term, at least. Maybe adding new cards, I don't know

The first time was july of 2017 with murloc paladin, and hit legend this month with Highlander Mage.

Regardless of whether it's good or bad, I love the art and the name.
