    This card was made to have anti-synergy with Cutlass to act as balance. It seems like a fairly well designed card, should be much more fair than Odd Rogue & Caverns Quest Rogue.... but who knows, this is the Rogue class we are talking about.

    Chip damage like this can definitely add up to a win, but we have so much good heals. Healing is everywhere. This is a pure chip card, it offers no flexibility beyond that. This card could see play, but it would definitely be in the back 10 cards of the deck.

    This wouldn't be the best Dire Frenzy target. The Desert Hares summoned from the battlecry are not copies.

    In wild you can use Treachery on this card to mill your opponent. Brutal treachery to pull off as you can't easily drop it, give it to your opponent, and destroy it in the same turn.

    This is a garbage card for the Witch's Cauldron card pool. Cauldron is a niche card when played, often used for trading a few small tokens in for some random spells. The Shaman spell pool is still thicc, but it's going to suck seeing this bubble into your hand.. at least it's 0 mana.

    Just thinking of interactions, even if they are bad.

    • Mage getting one of these off a Conj (if they are somehow using it on an 8 drop). Drawing 8 cards with a deck that typically has very large hands. Curio Collector can get a massive +8/+8 if you can draw all 8.
    • Rogue could get this card as a discover with Myra Rotspring. This would allow Rogue to draw 8 cards on turn 4 with Myra Rotspring+ coin + backstab. Looks like a really bad play, and you would be stuck with another Octosari in hand, which would total 16 cards. I guess Rogue is one of the classes that is built to draw the most...
    • Anything that shuffles cards into deck, like the Portal Demons, Shadow Clones, or Wonder Scrolls, 8 cards is good odds for even 2 hits on these cards. When your hand gets full you can burn bombs & corrupted blood.
    • Could be a good card for just burning through deck, a single card eating away at what would be almost half the remaining deck by the time the deathrattle was triggered.
    • If Octosari is on the board when you Deathwing you get hand refill.

     Not sure how damage from rush carries over to the copy. Does the rush and attack somehow occur before they battlecry?

     You're right, my bad. I thought the card said Battlecry: Summon a copy of this minion at the end of your turn. This would mean if you decided to rush for removal, all the damage would carry over to the copy. This is way scarier than I thought.

    If you're going to craft a golden Legendary at the beginning of the set, consider this card. It could be the next splashable neutral legendary that sees a lot of play, like Zilliax and Lich King.

    So Blizzard is circulating the mech pool, and I hope they have a card like this properly constrained. Attacking with it off Rush is somewhat discouraged because the damage will be carried over to the copy. They made it a bit pricey at 8 mana, as to not combo with any of the meatier Magnetic minions. But, they also printed a lot of taunt buffage. This card could be dropped late as a pair of 2 9/12 Taunt mechs, possibly even bigger.

    • Does sacrifice mean anything different than destroy? Do sacrificed minions go into a different pool than destroyed minions? I'm probably looking into it too much and sacrifice is just a more flavorful word than destroy.
    • Ra is most certainly a token card, but why does it have a rarity gem? Token cards are not suppose to have a rarity gem... that's how we tell them apart.
