I hope the next time we get this brawl cards like Zerus & Shifting Scroll transform the turn you draw them like remixed/unidentified cards. This change is long overdue, especially since they released 3 new cards with this mechanic just a couple weeks ago.
I really enjoyed duels when the card pool was low and there was more excitement in getting powerful cards in buckets. When new expansions were added they had a decent impact on the meta.
Now the card pool is huge, almost full wild, and the mode has grown stale at a staggering rate. I want to see some sort of rotation system in duels.
TONS of great improvements this year!!! I'm excited to see what next year brings. Some things I would like to see: -toggle for random coin skins -duels hero skins -golden duels cards/heroes -the ability to go back and change hero/treasure even from the deckbuilding screen but before queuing into first game -the ability to change arena hero skin/card back after starting a run -de-clutter collection when you have multiple copies of the same card (like diamond, signature, etc.) -in-game display on nerfed cards that also says WHEN they are no longer eligible for a refund -the ability to dust recently opened cards right from the pack opening screen
They won't nerf a standard card for wild, they will ban the card from wild before they do that. So cards like Swordfish, Illuminate, & Dragged Below would have to be nerfed for standard reasons. Aleco tweeted out recently that wild is being looked at, so it's nice it got addressed and not ignored.
-Rogue will get standard nerfs which will affect wild, although Rogue still needs wild specific buffs for a proper trim, Rogue always grows back so it's very important to trim the class. -Warlock is a huge problem in wild. They can't hit tome but they can absolutely DESTROY Malcheezar's Imp, like 'at the end of your turn, if you discarded a card, draw a card' anything but the total refill it currently is. -Priest I think you can soften Big Priest at least by making Shadow Essence summon random minions from deck that cost (8) or below. -Shaman you are right that Splitting Axe has a pretty nutty effect when we get stat heavy totems like Gigantotem. Any mana nerf to Axe is devastating. -Mage Quest Mage is gross and toxic, being able to generate cards only gets easier. Maybe bump quest up even more or we can wait for rotation and they can revert Grey Sage Parrot back to 8 mana. Secret Mage? That's tough since it's power and synergy is spread out. Kabal Lackey is kinda BS.

There is a neutral anti-minion curve in Forensic Duster, Blademaster Okani, and Muck Plumber. Run your 6 mana card as a non-minion. Opponent gets stuck in the muck.

Would be nice if the steamcleaner animation was faster.

Don't worry, the next time this brawl comes around every class will be able to use corpses.

Shard of the Naaru + Bunker Sergeant works too.
