your deck is kind of weird, as it includes that huge amount of zoocards, but also so many midrange minions who do not really synergize with the zoo cards. You run many elementals to get your chain rolling, but there are only few cards who benefit from the chain: The tolvir shaper, the servant of kalimos and the blazecaller. That does not justify including elementals like volatile elemental, as it is just really underwhelming. Also Keep in mind that stineshaper and servant have awkward synergy, as if you play the shaper on 4, you cannot activate the servant on 5. Also the Devilsaur Egg does not synergize with anything. So if you want to make the deck stronger i would either recommend to cut the tar lurkers, the blazecallers, the eggs and the volatile elementals to add in 2 flameimps 2 malchezaars imp 2 soulfires and 2 doomguards to make the deck more aggressively effective while not losing ots flavor. Or you cut the zoo part by removing 2 volatile elis, 2 eggs, 2 voidwalkers and add in 1 Jaraxxus 2 golakka crawlers 1 hungry crab and 2 other cards of your choice. You can consider running that 3 mana 33 lizard which gives you more elemental synergy, but then again it is kind of awkward with stoneshaper on 4. Or you could add cabal courier, which gives you pyros in 1 out of 50 games but that game will feel awesome.
Cheers
The idea is to mulligan for the zoo opener, but shift into big elementals once you've gained control of the board. Like I said, I had a pretty good streak in casual with this deck. Most likely from opponents reacting to the zoo elements of the deck, then being hit with Blazecaller, and whatever I pull with Servant of Kalimos. Oh, and Devilsaur Egg has synergies with Ravenous Pterrordax, as well as Defender of Argus. Speaking of Pterrordax, using him on the Volatile Elemental is usually a great play as well. I agree that maybe Tar Creeper would fit better than Tar Lurker, but rarely am I disappointed to have him on board.
(Pyros as a whole is an underwhelming card so I'm good. I didn't dust 2 of them for no reason.)
I decided that going for a slower deck using Tar Lurker, to stay off more aggressive pushes, would help me in those Zoo games where I lose the board from being out-valued. Igneous Elemental and Fire Fly have synergy with Darkshire Councilman. Even Mortal Coil onto Volatile Elemental for a draw and 3 damage work well.
The problem is the lack of 2 drops, where vs aggro, the hero power isn't a good option. And I am lacking Ozruk, which with games where I've had 6+ 1 drop elementals in hand, I really wish I had him.
On my first run of this deck I went 10-1 in casual, then 3-1, in rank 20. Does this kind of deck have potential to push the ladder? Any suggestions on how to improve it?
Only if it was 1:1. i.e: "I'll trade a Golden Edwin Vancleef for a Golden Archmage Antonidas"
(Mostly) prevents RWT, but promotes F2P to actually stick around, instead of seeing the wall of Legendary cards you need to make a viable Un'Goro deck (minus Hunter I guess?), and then opening ones that don't work together.. That doesn't build a player/game relationship, and it's not gonna make them spend money on the game. Loyalty and entertainment will get them to spend money. And you can't get Legendary cards for commons, so you still have to be a dedicated player to actually earn packs.
EDIT: I don't like dusting cards 'cause it's just not worth it. And I have Legendary cards i'd love to trade for other ones. This would also help Wild players, being that those packs aren't available anymore, so they'd have to dust 4 Legendaries for 1 different one. This is why Wild isn't nearly as popular.

Unfortunately missing both of those Legendarys. I do like that list though. Any subs you'd recommend?

So I decided to dismantle my Zoolock deck in favor of adding some Elementals into it.

Mostly held true, but Lyra the Sunshard. It's an auto-include in spell heavy priest decks.
