Finley - Very strong, especially in the current board-centric meta. Shroomscavate - Awful in Shaman, extremely scary in Paladin. Kaleidosaur - Pretty weak. Digging - Decent. Aftershocks - 5/5 board clear against aggro. Even without the discount this would probably see play. Needlerock - Awful.
The Azerite Murloc - Garbage. The Azerite Dragon - Good.
Crystal Cluster seems pretty decent. If you need to reach 10 mana asap then it's a good choice.
Gloomstone Guardian is probably only for Discard Warlock. There's no way destroying your own mana crystals is worth it with how much good hard removal there is nowadays, and Druid doesn't want to discard.
Gyreworm is okay but I can't think of any deck I would want to run it in. Maybe in a Reno Priest centered around Brann instead of Elise.
Shattered Reflection is interesting. The Naga Giant combo has been pointed out, which works in both classes, and there is also the Druid Titan, Automatons, Fye, etc. However unless you can provide targets of your own then I don't think this will make the cut, most opponents will not have minions worth copying, even though it is absolutely insane in really grindy matchups.
Pendant of Earth is just nuts. Druid will absolutely run it, and there is a chance Priest might as well, though I think it is considerably worse for Priest since you usually want to keep your highest cost minions in the deck for Creation Protocol and/or Elise.
I hope Rogue will finally get some way to use all of these burgle cards the class is getting. They all just add a bunch of crappy cards to your hand with no real payoff for playing them.
Shadow Word: Steal is extremely niche, In most games you don't want to play your opponent's minions, and you especially don't want removal for 5 mana against anything remotely aggressive.
Why is DH getting so many board clears? This one seems mediocre compared to what they already have, Are they pushing for a Control DH where you actually need all of these options?
That's very underwhelming for a singleton payoff. Even with discover you're unlikely to get something great, a lot of elementals are small and have below average stats, not what you want on turn 7, not to mention how common it is for singleton decks to have a near full hand on turn 7.
I've been playing a lot of Relic DH today and I've noticed that Artificer Xy'mox is extremely bugged when infused. Most of the time the game will desync and you will have to restart Hearthstone. Worse even is that sometimes after restarting you'll get a message saying that the game has ended in a loss, seemingly because the game crashed on the server.
I think increasing the cost would be enough. That would buy a lot of time which gives decks time to pressure or draw into hand disruption. It's only really annoying right now because they can play it 3 times by like turn 8.
Mes'Adune - Maybe in a deck with few elementals where you can always get something broken.
Velarok - Not seeing enough Thief support for this to be playable.
Brawler - Very powerful and similar to Soulstealer.
Slagmaw - Terrible. You're skipping turn 4 and the payoff won't be immediate nor that impactful against a lot of decks. It would be good if the excavate discount was retroactive, but I don't think it is.
Ox - Pretty good, though it's obviously not enough to be a win condition on its own.

Mismatched Fossils looks like hot garbage. Obsidian Revenant could be cool, the deathrattle synergies for both classes haven't been well utilized yet.

I wish all classes had excavate legendaries, they've been pretty fun to play with.
The Twist season seems pretty boring to me, but it's obviously amazing for those on a budget.

Trogg Gemtosser seems pretty bad.

Gyreworm is poop, Shale Spider is pretty decent, but Stone Drake is excellent! (with buffs)

Not surprising, the game mode requires a lot of maintenance and isn't very popular.

Had lag with the Warrior azerite card too. No big deal really, just a couple of seconds of stutter. It will probably be fixed next patch.

Really powerful battlecry, pretty weak hero power.
