So im genuinely asking what deck counters quest warrior? My bar for is not very high just a deck thats not a mirror that can win 51% of the time. Right now im looking at hs replay and the most popular warrior decks worst matchup is mage and hunter. But still wins 66.2% of those games. So since i have faced 6 pirate warrior in a row now can someone give me any list that works? Ty

That is simply not true, paladins classic cards are the worst secrets,equality,blessed champion, righteousness, avenging wrath. All of this is unplayable thrash. Oh buhu im so sorry mr galakrond rogue, you have a matchup that is about 50% winrate. Thats not fair, gala rogue should have 70% winrate against every class ofcourse. Honestly i rather see them buff demonhunters so i dont have to constantly play fucking rogues all the time.

Yes i was disappointed that Alexstrasza was not HOF this time around, 7 years of dealing with this card and god knows how many more.

I like the card,its great. Obviously its not essential for any deck you can always find a good replacement for her. However i will certainly not regret getting her.

nah this is much better, Its more like a faceless manipulator that gives you 2/4 extra stats when played on a friendly minion. You can also do some cute things like copy a 4/12 enemy dragon like kalcegos and kill it it with shadow word death. Im not sure it will make the cut in any preist deck, but this atleast is much better then replicate.

Seeing the librams hmm interesting, seeing the awesome prime legendaries all the other classes get. OMG I BET WE WILL GET A AWESOME LEGENDARY PALADIN LIKE VINDICTOR MARAAD THAT WILL BRING BACK CONTROL PALADIN ,WHERE YOU FEEL LIKE A REAL FUCKING PALADIN.

I'm 10-1 now, Diamond 5 and I just beat another pirate warrior. lol. 

Shaman. My favorite Shaman deck is Topdecks "Battlecry Shaman." Navigating the early game is all about mitigatiing dmg, setting up Freezepaws and Dredging your Snowfalls. If you get a chain freeze like all board based decks they will just get rolled. 

This deck uses a lot of spells and battlecry synergies with School Teacher to finish out games. You get Biolume on one of the Nagaling students and can repeat the battlecry with Brann or Bolner. I hit someone for 28 with one lightning bolt! 

I don't have my full stats cus I dont always have a tracker on, but I got 7-1 recorded and 3-0 vs Warrior, but I think I've beat more of them than that. 

So, my first impressions from the new expac are that quest warrior and quest hunter are both oppresive on the ladder. 

You know why?  They took decks which already worked quite well and gave them multiple new cards which synergise perfectly with what those decks are trying to achieve and aleviate some of the weakness that they had.

Using hunter as an example they now have pretty much limitless draw, plenty of face damage and a new spell which allows tutoring of specific cards and an OTK once the quest is complete (which is pretty much always is on turn 5/6). 

Why did blizz feel the need to print new cards to support archetypes which were already doing well?  Why are some classess continually supported while others (priest) get shafted expansion after expansion?  Shouldn't card draw be a resource again?

Amalgam of the Deep - very useful in pirate warrior providing 2 pirates for 2 mana.  Should be a 2/2.  It also see's play in pretty much every other tribe themed deck.

Pufferfist - again - shoudl be a 3/3.  No reason for a neutral (*cough warrior/rogue dual class*) card to have premium stats and a strong effect.

Obsidiansmith - perfect for completing the quest and discovering your next card.

Hunter

Raj Naz'jan - face damage for free - who wouldn't want that in a face deck

Barbed Nets - more cheap damage.

Twinbow Terrorcoil - me go face twice...

Conch's Call - me draw face damage and the previous two minions....

I've honestly lost all faith in the design philosophy of Blizzard for this game. 

p.s. is the Hunter hero Tavis broken to only roll Huffers?  In all seriousness I've just finished a game where there were only Huffers and he got 7 of them....It's the new Meta deck - Quest Huffer!

Priest prime is very bad, possibly the worst card of the set for Priest. You never draw the Prime part, I have around 50 games since the expansion and hardly managed to get the prime part on board like 10 times. Maybe in a control meta where you have time to draw, he will good.

Agreed, much better than replicate which is oriented for aggro/midrange priest ( LUL ) this one is way more versatile. 

For all of the Hearthstone's team's stress of class identity, I'll never understand why Paladin is a Murloc class.  Seriously, a class of honor and righteousness employs.... Murlocs?
