This is just a bad card. The other Druid legendary is really interesting even though it will also probably never see competitive play (without a direct enabler card). This will always be terrible. This might be the first 100% misfire I've seen from the expansion. I'm having a hard time thinking of a recent legendary this bad AND uninteresting.
I'm calling it now, Swift Messenger will see constructed play. The card to compare it against is pre-nerf Keeper of the Grove. Often you'd use the two damage on a small minion and end up with a 2/4. That's more than good enough against aggro. In its other form it's basically a fireball to a minion. The issue will be in how clunky the every-other-turn mechanic is. Both forms are VERY GOOD, but it's possible being unable to choose the one you need on the turn you need it will counter the flexibility.
The middle card is the worst. At 8-mana, I'm not sure if it will ever be more OK than the OK picks that appear next to it with the new Arena system. Spellshifter might be a better budget replacement for Bloodmage Thalnos than Kobold Geomancer, but no one is excited about that, even budget players.
This is a good question, but my guess on the wording is no. You're shuffling a copy of the card, which I take to mean it ignores damage and buffs. You're then giving that copy 3/3. So you can buff Huffer twice up to a 10/8, and you'll then have six 3-mana 7/5 Huffers in your deck. Which is still pretty awesome. Combo hunter?
I think this is obviously a good card, but I'm not sure if it's more than that. It doesn't feel like a Legendary. Would putting two of these in your deck be more broken than one? This is definitely a card that needs other cards to support it, but it's also not powerful enough for a build around. It's probably a better and more playable card than Emeriss, but it's just not exciting.
The thing is I've survived and won against Warlock's with the Skull several times. You can even tech against it fairly easily with oozes and silence. Kingsbane Rogue sets up a situation where at a certain point in the game it becomes impossible for them to lose. Fortunately it should be going away with the rotation since they're losing Southsea Squidface, Naga Corsair, and Coldlight Oracle.
I've played Dungeon Run 50+ times, but still haven't bothered defeating The Lich King with every class. The single player content of KnC put it way over the top for me. While the Death Knights were obviously way more powerful than the class weapons, I think on the whole the set was much better designed. Corridor Creeper was about the only misstep, but there were a greater quantity of oppressive cards in Frozen Throne like Bonemare, Cobalt Scalebane, Shadowreaper Anduin, Malfurion the Pest, Spreading Plague, Obsidian Statue, Prince Keleseth etc.
Sunbreak Drake is one of the best designed cards I've ever seen in these competitions. I haven't thought much about the dragon tag, but the mana, stats, and text are perfect.
The quest change is really, really nice. Yeah, it only equates to a dozen more packs/year, but I appreciate not having to spend so much time on the daily grind.
A nerf to Possessed Lackey is the solution. It should have the sames stats, but the text of Void Caller. Cheating out an early Void Lord or a no-discard Doomguard is powerful enough (especially with Dark Pact). Drawing a card on top of that is very, very powerful. Drawing the specific card you need is broken. Nerfing Possessed Lackey would turn it more into a true combo deck (probably with an emphasis on multiple Doomguards) instead of a super consistent, flexible deck that can switch between defense and offense rather easily.
Interesting question on Cubelock. Which card would you nerf? I like the power level of all the cards on their own with one exception. Possessed Lackey. This is a card that has no home anywhere in arena or constructed without cheating out Doomguards and to a lesser extent Void Lords. I think Skull of the Manari is fair, but Possessed Lackey isn't. That said, it'll be interesting how Cubelock fares once every deck is able to tech against it without worrying about Raza, Patches, and Creeper.

I actually think the card is potentially powerful and well balanced except against Shadow Word: Pain. At least pint-sized potion is out of rotation.

I'm pretty sure this won't see play except in Arena highlights where someone summons a Doomsayer while ahead on board.

Excellent. Now, rescheduled Raven Q&A/Reveal?

Played 3 Cubelocks. Drew Ooze and Spellbreaker in first five turns. EZ. I'm enjoying exploring this deck. The DinoCube wasn't working well for me.
