Megasaur removed and replaced with that dragon that gives divine shield. Removed massive RNG element from Megasaur but can't mass give murlocs poisonous.
Not sure about the second one but the third expansion is 100% without a doubt Darkmoon faire. The color, the shape of the wood, and even the nails are exact to the arch at the entrance to the fair.
I feel that the lackeys that are tempo based on well balanced but the lackeys that discover cards just allow aggro/tempo decks to outvalue control decks with ease (especially the dragon lackey)
I've lost the majority of my games due to having synergy cards without their requirement in my hand. (Such as Anubisath Warbringer, Togwaggle, Galakrond, Underbelly Fence, Leeroy...) Draw a few of these in a row and it's doomed.
You don't see it too much because the meta atm is defined by control warrior and drawing cards is usually a downside in that matchup. That said I put it in a few aggro decks and its been pretty good - most of the times it's either you let me fill my hand or you die.
In reality, both extremes would be a bad basis for hearthstone. If it was strictly wow lore, it would easily run out. If it was their own lore, the connection just wouldn’t be there. The best expansions thematically have been ones where they take an iconic segment of wow lore and give it a new twist like Knights of the Frozen Throne. What if each class became a deathknight? what would that be?

Yah I love when games are decided based on your opening hand and your first 3 draws. Really fun gameplay

Any sort of significant mana reduction card. The highroll potential from rogue galakrond for example makes it infuriating to play against.

Plain text like "Win the Game" is so boring and uninteresting imo. I like game winning cards that are neat and have other purposes like Mogu Cultist

I beat him with my endless Elder Toggwag deck. I had 4 in my deck for starters and I kept on resurrecting them while drawing vigorously.

Yah that's why most people either grind hard or just play meme decks in Legend

I found that it doesn't work for the wild format very well. However in Standard, it gives the highest winrate deck.

It’s gonna be called Villains of Violet Hold. Cause there are villains involved and HS team LOVES alliterations.

Current version of Elise is insanely op and can never be printed due to it providing literally more infinite value than frost lich jaina.
