I currently have enough dust to craft Jaraxxus, molten giants, etc. for a handlock deck......but is it worth it, especially in this nonstop fast-paced meta?

Sword posted a message on OLD GODS, NEW TRICKS - A Card Design Competition (Submission Topic)Note: If the mana cost that you are evolving does not exist, this spell won't work.
For example , if you try to evolve a (1) cost minion with (10) mana, it won't be evolved and the mana will be wasted!
Edit: Changed the watermark into WOG.

The Twilight's Hammer
Lore
The Twilight's Hammer clan see all of creation as a scar left on the pure emptiness of the void. This has lead the clan to seeking out the destruction of Azeroth by any means neccessary, and as such, the clan have allied themselves with the forces of the Old Gods and the Elemental Lords.
Hero
General Vezax leads the Twilights hammer forces in Northrend on behalf of his master Yogg-Saron. He exudes saronite vapors that inhibit the abilities of spell casters and his very presence fills even the bravest Heroes with despair.
Hero Power
BaseUpgraded
Despair acts as a way to make the game harder for your opponent and particulalry punishes opponents who use combos that require very precise mana costs or just decks that use high cost cards. This allows Vezax to "Ramp up" in a sort of way, either to catch back up to his opponent or gaining a quickly snowballing advantage.

Agithore posted a message on Agithore's Collection of Golden CardsPosted in: Fan CreationsI tried to make Golden Arts for my cards and wanted to get some feedback on how it looks! :)
Card: Wild Frost Lord
Flavor Text: He looks super scary, but he's really warm and fluffy and all he really needs is a hug.
Golden Version:
Card: Freezing Apprentice
Flavor Text: "They say he's a real cool guy."
Golden Version:
Card: Eagle Eye
Flavor Text: Coming up next: Huffer's Eyes!
And the Golden Version (my favorite yet tbh):
Card: Cliffside Howler (Art recommended by: Sinthuja1)
Flavor Text: This is the reason I have troubles sleeping at night. Quit the howling!
Golden Version:
Card: Argent Patroller
Flavor Text: He's been quite often approached by big oil companies. Apparently his name is confusing.
Seems overpowered but it's really not. It's stats are roughly worth 3.5 mana, which means you're paying 2.5 mana for the effect. Considering Divine Shield costs 1 mana, you must have at least 2.5 minions on the board for this to be standard.
Card: Gurubashi Ambusher
Flavor Text: You can Am-bush. But can you Am-Obama?
Golden:
Card: Baratheus Kinglsey (Art suggested by TheKaldorei1)
Flavor Text: Disclaimer: Not a real king.
Golden Version:
Card: Chillwind Centaur (Art suggested by : DKPaladinMDL)
Love such minions that have strong stats but negative effects that can easily be dealt with. This is an amazing drop for classes that don't use weapons. Namely, Mage, Warlock and Priest. Trades well with Piloted Shredder and your opponent will have to ping it again to finish it off. That's how you nerf Piloted Shredder blizz, my adding stronger competetion, heh.
Flavor Text: The wind's chilly in the center. Get it, get it, centaur, center...okay, I'll stop.
Golden:
Card: Inspired Soul Cleric
Flavor Text: All her friends have bad eye-sight. I wonder why.
Golden Version:
Card: Stanglethorn Bandit (Art suggested by : Flood)
Flavor Text: Travelling through Stranglethorn Vale always has the threat of being hunted by bandits, of course, that's if you survive the tigers, gorillas and trolls first.
Golden: (Kept it simple as per Flood's request)
Card: Prince Taldaram (Art suggested by: Roflnaab)
Golden Version:
Flavor Text: He doesn't get along with his other cousin, Talda-ROM.
Adds this into your opponent's deck:
Your opponent basically draws this and while they keep it in their hand, your spells cost 3 less. When your opponent plays this card, it has no effect other than stopping your spells from costing 3 less.
Card: Argent Crusade Captain (Art suggested by: Hackergrad)
Golden Version:
Card: Elder of the Vale (Art suggested by: Hackergrad)
Flavor Text:"He doesn't understand young people stuff, but he rolls with the occasional 'YOLO'."
Golden Version:
Card: Tame Beast
This card art was too cute not to animate. ^-^
Flavor Text: "To tame a beast you need to talk to it. If you come back alive, congratulations, you tamed it!"
Golden Version:
Card: Ahune, Blade of Agony
I really loved the golden animation of Cursed Blade. However, I couldn't find it online to download, so I decided to make my own since the art is amazing.
Flavor Text: "It's not really a blade of Agony, we just say that so the goblins don't steal it!"
Golden Version:
Card: Drain Soul
Flavor Text: "What's with Warlocks and souls? Ammaright?"
Golden Version:
More to come! :)

ZumiPhoenix posted a message on Warsong Commander Nerf IncomingPosted in: NewsProbably getting nerfed because:
A: Patron War was cheap to craft
B. Didn't need any TGT casrds
C. Was still the top deck and discouraged buying new cards.

csavoie posted a message on Warsong Commander Nerf IncomingPosted in: NewsThis is absolutely needed. This deck is by far the strongest deck around, and blows away just about any deck unless the opponent gets lucky. Yes you can win against it, however the odds were generally not in their opponent's favor. Do not act like the patron deck wasn't that good; if you try to, we all know you are one that plays it and are upset you can't keep winning easily. It is also a win condition for frothing where crazy damage came out of no where.
Also, it does suck that Patron was truly warrior's flagship deck (yes there are others, mainly control and fatigue, but you don't see much else), however it was just too strong. Judging by what Ben Brode stated, it seemed this card has been awkward for a while now, however. Either way, it is a welcomed change to all but (most likely) those who play the deck. RIP OTK warriors.
