posted a message on Captain Blackheart's Treasure is This Week's Tavern Brawl

It's a shame Blizzard doesn't have time to get creative and instead has to be forced to repeat brawls.

But hey, the company is too busy trying to figure out new ways to monetize the game, such as flooding the game shop with exclusive bundles every week, increasingly more expensive bundles by the way...

posted a message on Two New Golden Standard Bundles + Sparkles Card Back Have Appeared On The Shop

Okey, that's right, but what do you call a company whose economic interests do not stop growing exponentially and is only limited to creating thousand ways to monetize their product? A product whose condition is, however, pitiful, while the company does nothing to fix or improve it...

Lazy and greedy are the words.

That these "exclusive" bundles are more expensive and more frequent is a sign that Blizzard's economical interests are increasing exponentially...

It is pure greed, do not try to find excuses

posted a message on Is something wrong with rng?

This is a recurring theme that has been explained again and again ad nauseam...

It has already been shown that, according to an Activision patent used in every Blizzard game with the simple objective of increasing revenue, the matchmaking and everything that should be random in the game is in fact rigged, there is nothing truly random in Hearthstone, but everything is performed by an algorithm that, for example, automatically chooses your opponent based on your winrate and the type of deck and cards you are going to play with, or even is able to alter the odds of drawing a certain card at a certain time or chooses the best or worst option from a pool as it deems appropriate.

But why? What is the reason for this algorithm? It is very simple: when you go to play a game, the algorithm used by Blizzard has already decided beforehand whether you should win or lose that game: your fate is already sealed. According to Blizzard, in theory, this ensures the ideal 50% winrate every time for everyone.

This video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T658vTvoRs clearly explain what this patent consists of and you also have at your disposal this thread where the matter is discussed: https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/246232-an-interesting-video or this more recent one: https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/247893-hs-matchmaking-is-biased-is-that-good

The problem are the usual fanboys who refuse to believe the evidence and charge against it, trying to make it appear that everything is our imagination, a coincidence, that the holy Blizzard would never put its financial interests first over the interests of its players.

posted a message on Refreshing spring water in comparison with Pot of Greed ban.

Imagine healing yourself completely for just 6 mana!! And with a decent body as a gift!! And it being a neutral card!! That is an outrage and needs to be nerfed ASAP!!

Well, many people consider Refreshing Spring Water an outrage because it allows you to draw 2 cards at no cost... however, they don't seem to be aware that this is only true if your deck is built in a specifically restrictive way (spells only, without minions). So why do they simplify it so much? I'll tell you: because those people are clearly biased.

By that rule of three, I guess those people also considered Reno Jackson an outrage and wanted it to be nerfed/destroyed back then... But what about its restriction of unrepeated cards in the deck? Silly, no one has repeated cards in their deck anymore, just like mages don't have minions in their decks either.

Anyway, the data shows that Refreshing Spring Water is not a problem, in fact, Blizzard has recently said that they have no intention of changing anything about it.

You have oversized a non-existent problem. All these overreacted complaints fall on deaf ears because they just aren't real. Don't insist, move on.

posted a message on Players Will Have A Chance To Obtain A New Esports Card Back - Golden Skies

Do not be delusional: there are exclusivities that will NEVER be violated, certain card backs or heroes will NEVER be sold for gold...

Obviously, I know that something cosmetic like a hero or a card back has no real influence on the game itself, but the fact that some exclusivities are destroyed while others are not is a serious blow to the game's customers: it shows that there are first class clients and exclusivities and second class clients and exclusivities.

But hey, you are the typical conformist... that the big multinational (sorry, I meant small indie company) do whatever it wants, we only have permission to see, hear and pay... Not a complaint or a single reproach is allowed, at the end of the day, they are perfect, they are never wrong and we have to be very grateful because they allow us to serve them homage and kiss their feet as they do everything for our good.

They piss in your face and you don't mind and smile because you think it's raining.
