In short: the stupidest mechanic I have ever seen...

Was this "new" keyword necessary at all? Really? For the love of God, it is merely "summon a random minion from your deck"!

Who decides what should be a new keyword and what not? For example, the "can't be targeted by spells or Hero Powers" effect might be a proper keyword (Elusive) however instead we get this NEW and ORIGINAL keyword... Nonsense!

DO NOT WORRY PEOPLE! It's obvious that this card is a prank of Blizzard! They never would make such an useless card...

If the OTK is ridiculously easy to execute it's a problem. if it requires you to stay alive for 10+ turns without heal while finding and casting random generated spells, all while finding either 5 combo pieces (or 3 that also require that the oppo doesn't have taunts) then i don't see anything wrong with it.
    Quote from Gamefighter3000 >>
I actually dont see OTK as frustrating as long as it takes reasonable effort to do so and in my opinion this does, you have plenty of time in the game to interact with your opponent until he has his combo pieces and not to forget they have 1 less card in their starting hand because of the quest.

Yes, I know that we have to "make a great effort" in order to be able to play the OTK combo with Time Warp, but that is not enough excuse to promote any OTKs!

In general, OTKs mechanics are bad and should be avoided for the sake of a better gameplay... and this card only promotes that (because if you use this Quest reward for anything else you would be wasting it and you know it). That is the main reason why Time Warp is a very poor Quest reward. You are completely overvaluing it.

And speaking about that "great effort": are you aware of how difficult will be to play the OTK combo with Time Warp? I think that people here are being too much optimist/deluded regarding that:

    1. First, we have to complete the most expensive Quest of all by getting nothing less than 6 random spells (with the mana cost/tempo that entails that) AND playing them (with the mana cost/tempo that entails that again).
    2. Secondly, we have to keep in hand (losing even more tempo) or draw from the deck nothing less than the FIVE cards combo we require in order to Time Warp can have any utility.
    3. And thirdly, we should stay alive until we can complete the above.

Seriously, that's not viable at all. What is the probability of getting all those odds so we can play that marvellous combo? (I'm speaking about the Archmage Antonidas combo of course, because the other ones have more vulnerabilities). Obviously is not meta-defining at all.

In short, with Time Warp we are facing the Quest reward least flexible of all the others. That's why I have voted "Dust it!" at the poll.

Not to sound mean or anything but your version would have been trash and then we have the problem that those cards are seeing no play again.
Well, in fact I had though that my idea was totally overpowered and not viable at all :D

Is there anything more frustrating in Hearthstone than an unavoidable OTK? I 'm sure there isn't...

Well, Time Warp promotes exactly that. I mean, could anyone tell me any other utility for this card that is not an OTK? After reading this thread, 99% of the people intend to use this card as an OTK... Really, do you think that is right?

Given its name, Time Warp could have another effect less "aggressive", like:

"Restore the entire battlefield as it was at the beginning of the previous turn. Shuffle this spell into your deck."

I think I've decided Mana Bind isn't great.

A secret that doesn't affect the board when it's triggered is just too much of an investment for a free spell you have no say in.

Exactly. Undoubtedly Mana Bind is a very underwhelming card... perhaps if it gave another extra copy of the spell... or it finished the opponent's turn when triggered...

Bah! In any case even the name isn't appropriate, this card should be named "Spellsteal" xD

Why we can not have valuable Secrets like Flame Wreath? (perhaps freezing all the enemies instead of dealing them damage if it's too OP)

If I were a Hearthstone developer, with the name "Mana Bind" I would create a secret like:

     And his token:
