You would have to cut out the Oaken Summons for it so as not to interfere butRin, the First Disciple shouldn't be a problem if you don't allow it to be. The moment you start drawing quickly and flooding the board, most opponents would stop playing the seals and control instead. If the do not just keep doing your own thing whiles pushing damage to the face and you would win. Once Hadronox dies and you have Carnivorous Cube along with Witching Hour, you can still win with your deck blown up.
Tar Creeper and Ironwood Golem and Tar Creeper are the cards that should help you counter aggro in the early game along with Swipe. Just mulligan for those cards especially Swipe against Paladin and you'll be good. The only decks that should give you a hard time are the Spiteful ones but if you don't think they're enough you can try other Taunts and see how it goes along with your Doomsayer
I've not found a need for Doomsayer yet or what to even replace it with. This deck has a 50% winrate against Paladins (not good I know) and a 77% winrate against Hunters though so you must be doing something wrong to constantly lose to these two classes.
This deck gives you a lot of opportunities to make mistakes and you must be aware of that. From ramping up to baiting the opponents removals.

You can replace him with the Ferocious Howl I took out for draw and cycle

Sleepy Dragon or Ironbark Protector

The Plural of Shaman is Shamen.
Never thought twice about it, thought it was always that way.

It can work, take out a Ferocious Howl for it

Sorry no, it dilutes both Hadronox and Witching Hour Pools. You can add a second Branching Paths though in exchange for a Tar Creeper

Ironbark Protector or Sleepy Dragon

No, I did not, it interferes with Oaken Summons. You can try a second Branching Paths or Savage Roar instead
