Is there any replacement at all for Y'Shaarj? Not wanting to spend dust on Y'Shaarj is the only reason I'm always unable to try out these Big EZ decks.
This expansion itself is bad , there are a few common , epic & rare cards i like but literally this expansion is a joke in comparison to un'goro , luckily i didn´t preorder it yet , guess i even won´t cuz i already got enough gold & dust to spend on a "few" good cards i like
Keep in mind, as the meta develops, players can start to play around this card by holding out on damaging face until later turns, and their board is already built. Priest is one of the few classes that does not have natural access to damaging its own face.
Meta defining. Will find its way into nearly every control deck, and even decks of all archetypes. That is, until its prevalence severely dampens aggro usage, and there's no longer a need for such sick and cheap taunts which deter aggressive play. This only further reinforces a mid/control meta. Great design.
How might you suggest are the best way(s) to get involved in the Hearthstone pro scene? Many like myself already enjoy playing competitively on ladder each season, but it's not quite enough to satiate and we would like to get more involved in a live community where others compete and discuss. Are there certain events or goals which you can recommend that will better move those people in the right direction? What about in regards to becoming a Hearthstone caster?
Yes, what Royal has said here is accurate. It's quite rare that you will have a turn where Auctioneer is the play and not enough low cost spells to cycle at least 2 or 3 cards on your first turn of cycle.
Counterfeit Coin is usually going to be a card that sits in your hand doing nothing until turn 6+ (especially since we don't run Edwin VanCleef). We already have 2x Auctioneer, Aya, and N'Zoth as cards which can't be played until later in the game. Adding to this number would seriously hurt the consistency of the list.
All in all, we prefer to have consistently solid early game curve of 2 drop deathrattle, then ideally Raptor on 3, Pillager on 4. Adding in coins would likely mean removing Loot Hoarders, the remaining Drake, or the remaining Sap. All of these, I believe consistently provide higher value and are more commonly solid plays, other than Sap in very aggressive matchups.

This archetype is the same first thought I had upon seeing the reveal of Prince Keleseth.
