Turn 4, attack with this minion, gain a minion buff, Divine Shield, Windfury, Taunt minion or something to kills off his minions and it might let you get one or two more ticks from this minion.
Think about on turn 4 attacking with Shaku, The Collector and gaining from him Blessing of Kings, i know it's a long shot but my point is there are so many things you can get from your opponents class to defend this minion, who knows, maybe this little fellow might be able to secure himself and give you even more value.
Yes i've considered that the value you get to secure him is used on the following turn so you won't be keeping it, but it might pressure your opponent and might make your opponent panic and finish it off with some insane tactics.

i know ill be that person who plays brann then a discard card, the discard card triggers then end of the quest, i get the portal and the second battlecry discard discard my portal.

im looking at this card. it looks cool. it looks amazing. but i know that the first game i try it out, ill meet the only rogue to ever run pit snake.

try dinosize with some cheap charge minion like patches, southea deckhand, stonetusk boar or bluegill warrior. That might make it viable. 10 unstoppable damage with a 10 10 left on board is pretty good.

Actually, everyone who played hunter at some point has realised that the highmane was the true legendary of the classic set. We call it a legendary because it is strong and it deserves the status, not because of the coloured gem.

One of those cards that could of been great but the meta was forced in one direction so hard and thus card just didn't fit.

How did pirate warrior come around just from msog? All pirate warrior gleaned from msog was patches and stb. How did putting three new cards in your deck create the current cancer? Couldn't pirate warrior of worked without patches and stb?
