It would Overload just like if Yogg or Swampqueen Hagatha's Dustvar Horror cast it.

Niakin1903 posted a message on Just completed Heroic Heist w/ all heroes!Posted in: General DiscussionRidiculous number of games but I finally beat all 5 wings of the Dalaran Heist - each with all nine heroes!
Anyone else here done the same?
The completionist in me enjoys seeing a full set of crowns next to the hero portraits... but I don't think I would even dare spending the time trying to finish with all the hero powers and decks as well. That's a little too much of a time investment for me.
General impressions/reactions:
- Robes of Gaudiness is usually an instant-win, but it gets boring so I tried to find alternative ways to complete the runs.
- Duplitransmogrifier can be INSANE in the right match. I steamrolled one game by transmogrifying all my minions into one of the Jade golem-generating minions. Another game I transformed everything into a Mal'Ganis. With Skull of the Man'ari equipped, it was GG.
- Literally never ONCE used the elixir that draws extra cards for you each turn. Anyone find any consistent/clever use of this passive?
- Once I had the duplicating Patron treasure minion get set to be in my opening hand, +2/2 bonus, and +4/4 bonus while costing 2 more. Plopping an ever-replicating 9/9 minion on the board was sooo satisfying.
‐ I really enjoyed the Citadel and Bank wings. Really disliked the underbelly. Found the attack/health swap passive there to be lame, frustrating, and a bit unoriginal.
- Shaman and Druid and Warrior were fairly tough heroes for me in the citadel (though Druid was amazing everywhere else). The most reliable hero for me was either Paladin or Hunter. The anomaly that gives your minions +1/1 each turn combined with hunter 1-mana per generation power is an insta win. And having a 1 mana discount on minions + the +1/1 passive combined with the Paladin's hero power that generated 3 silver hand recruits in your hand also is an instant win. It's like a better version of Azalina Soulthief's hero power from monster hunt/brawl.
Overall I really liked the adventure very much. While it does get repetitive and a lot of the customization/replayability is somewhat of an illusion (wings are mostly the same, decks dont really matter... hero powers barely matter most of the time), I still found this to be my favorite adventure yet. I always wished Rumble Run kept track of your wins so you could "beat it with every shrine" so I'm happy that Blizz tracks everything for completionists like me with Heist.
Happy Heisting everyone! What are your thoughts/tips/reactions?

kiwiinbacon posted a message on Dog's Mage - Masters Tour Las VegasPosted in: Dog's Mage - Masters Tour Las VegasWhat a fantastic deck! 1st off, congratz dog, that's a great achievement. The deck is sick, and all different versions of this seem to be working extremely well on the ladder right now! I had so much fun with this, I made a video showcasing the deck, I really hope you all enjoy!

LemmiwinksHUN posted a message on Wild players! Do you buy the Toki bundle?Posted in: General DiscussionI've got a Legendary from every expansion from the previous Wild bundle. Should I buy this bundle?
I'm playing Wild 95% of the time, I have a medium sized Wild collection. I've determined, that I'll never buy ever again pre-order deals, I'll just save gold. But this one just flicks my mind, since I can't buy Wild packs with gold. Is it worth it?

sicknantos posted a message on Brawl Countdown is a Nice TouchPosted in: Tavern BrawlI don't remember the old Pwn having a brawl countdown on the main page, but I think this is a great if not small touch that's been added.
It's not like I don't know when brawls happen or at what time, but it's kind of nice to scroll down and have a reminder that there's 25 hours to go.
Again, it's not groundbreaking, just a nice touch that helps the front page feel fresher than leaving the last brawl banner up until Wednesday.

95% wild player too here, I've been playing since forever and at this point I have all the cards for decks I want to play, though this bundle gave me most of the cards I missed from previous sets (cards that I never played or some epics I never wanted to craft like Sideshow Spelleater ). After that I got a decent amount of duplicate dust (around 1200 I think).
It's also a good rush of nostalgia, opening these old GvG packs

First off, congrats on getting to rank 16! Not many players get there as fast as you did 👀
IMO, getting better at the game really helps you climb and enjoy the game more; having a stronger deck certainly helps but that's not something you can really speed up unless you spend some $$$.
Obviously you'll improve the more you play, but watching someone play is one of the best ways to learn. Many pro players, such as Firebat for example, tend to explain the decisions they make while playing. Honestly you can't ask for better tips than being inside the thoughts of a pro.
Another underrated way to improve is simply knowing your opponent. Sure, you can't choose who you go against but if you queue up against a Rogue for example, you can learn to expect fast paced decks, so mulligan in consequence. A great website to know more about what people are playing is HSReplay, there's a page with the most popular decks of each class and, on top of giving you new deck ideas, will show you what to expect while playing.

Interesting take on Pogo-Hopper decks, I love the strong tempo it generates on top of spamming pogos. I played a couple games with that exact list and I enjoyed it a bunch!
