Why make it random? Especially as a legendary, this card would be perfectly balanced as a targetted effect.

True, it's overcosted/understatted for its effect atm

posted a message on New expansion but wit slower meta

Actually, the only "healthy" meta I remember was after first Quest Rogue nerf. There was only one OTK deck (Quest Mage), wrecked by any hunter deck (hero power being able to end the game while your board was frozen) and with low winrate against any other aggro. There were over 15 playable decks and no one called that meta like Druid- Shaman- or WarlockStone.

Also, for all who cry like "this meta is awful" or "this meta is boring" - a various meta will always be called boring and meta with 3 or 4 OP decks will always be called unhealty or just awful. There's no third possibility

some of the worst metas have been defined by top tier midrange decks. see: TGT secret paladin, karazhan midrange shaman, KFT jade druid. midrange decks being the most viable is always the result of one class just having a bunch of overpowered cards and playing them on curve.

i think the meta will be mostly good next expansion when garbage like UI and death knights rotate out and decks are allowed to be normal again. this still leaves the problem of baku and genn though. blizzard should strongly consider hall of faming them imo.

Baku and Genn can't be put into HoF because they are not from classic and they will rotate in 2020. Is it so hard to understand?

posted a message on How are you ghuys succeeding at / past rank 5

I play mostly with off-meta decks after hitting rank 5 each season and it often goes pretty well with them (legend or rank 1-2) but sometimes i can't win anything with them and i have to play with boring stuff like Jade Druid or Tempo Mage. It's not so easy to climb with decks like Elemental Shaman or Control Paladin but this is the part of the season which gives me the most fun. Playing with off-meta deecks has also one big advantage - no one expects what he's facing and many people make very bad mulligan decisions because of it.

posted a message on Always been a standard player. Wondering if I should dust wild cards.

Oh, and there's also one thing that I've forgotten about. You can dust all common and rare fillers. If they haven't found their place in any deck for 2 years, they will probably never be played in any Wild deck. I wouldn't do that with epic and legendary cards that were never played before, because they are usually more versatile and some of them are unplayable only because there are currently no cards that have great or even OP synergies with them. Also, if a rare or common finds its place in a deck and you've dusted it, spending 100 or 40 dust is not much

No, because Wild is tons of fun, epic combo decks and a great way to rest after an hour of struggling to hit a higher rank on Standard. I highly recommend this mode, but if you have been a Standard player, you shouldn't craft any Wild decks that require more than half of your current dust (or one third, everyone should decide on his own). Wild is never boring because the amount of decks you can create (and win more than you lose with them) is limited only by you and your own deckbuilding skills. Standard meta was always 10-15 boring, brainless decks or one cancer deck with two OP but skill requiring decks (one was a counter and one was countered by the cancer deck). Two years ago I also thought that i will never play Wild and I disenchanted Reno Jackson, Brann Bronzebeard and Aviana. Now I regret this so much - remember, that after you dust all your Wild cards, there's no way back. I hope that I convinced you to not disenchant your Wild cards (or maybe even to start playing this mode)

Glinda Crowskin and Countess Ashmore. They are really good but playable only on Wild because of current meta and no OP synergies in Standard

To MrNightmare, the grammar nazi ;P

Yes im not English and have dislectia, I do my best. ( even with grammar correct)

I can beat a late game druid deck with a agro deck easaly.  That not my point.  I sad it weird to me they all seem to play the same deck and its looks like the ultimate late game decks or OTK's. What makes it seem pointless to think of other cool late game decks.

I know, I'm not English too, i was only joking. I also have some problems with it

It took me a while to realise that it's written in english :) Apart from that, on the higher ranks almost nobody climbs the Wild ladder with druid combo decks because it takes too much time since the stars no longer align (if you know what I mean). I prefer tempo decks (created by myself) because they aren't easy to counter like aggro and they also win more than all the control-combo breaker decks. It's quite easy to hit rank 5 with them, so I can paste some of these decklists here if anyone wants

posted a message on Why is everyone hating on hir'eek?

And, to everyone in every thread: I don't know how many people will read this, but I beg you to stop writing "this card doesn't fit in any of current decks". Wasn't the 3rd expansion of each year the one with the biggest amount of new archetypes? Only the second one doesn't usually change anything because it contains mostly cards that support existing archetypes. Remember K&C? 3 types of Aggro Paladin, Big Spell Mage, Spell Hunter, Return of Quest Rogue, new Malygos Druid, Spiteful Priest, Big Priest (much better than the old one because of spellstone) and finally Cubelock and Control Warlock. This time it will also be same as in each of previous years

posted a message on Why is everyone hating on hir'eek?

For me, this card is very interesting but probably not so powerful. Ok, it can get more synergies, but it seems weak itself just because what stats make this minion worth to be put on board? For me it's like 10/10 and it's still weak to AoE like Brawl, Reckless Flurry, Psychic Scream, Equality, etc. Maybe the Warlock's Troll Champion will make him viable, but it has to be super OP. I also don't want to hate on him right now, because I can judge each card in 0-1 cathegories only when I start theorycrafting after all cards are shown
