I am annoyed at aggro because even if you don’t play aggro yourself you have to deal with it. You have to put at least so and so much anti aggro cards into your deck. And good luck creating something fun with the rest of the deck. 

But there is ultimately nothing you can do about it. They shouldn’t consider nerds for cards but Changes per season for example:

s1 normal

s2 both heroes have 40 health 

s3 at least include 10 spells in your deck

s4 (new expansion) normal

s5 and so on

meta decks would change every month

Dark pact is the whole problem. The cube is a fun tool I don’t want to see nerfed since it can maybe useful in other decks too. Dark pact should cost more mana, heal less or silence the minion before. 

Edit: or make skulking Geist a 3 mana 2/2 minion so you can pop it early  

At least nzoth is leaving standard so the very passive variant is not as strong anymore. 

you seem to know nothing about gamedesign. there are SO MANY reasons to have bad cards/choices in a game.

Draw Lyra the sunshard. 

Could be a missing piece for a priest dragon soul deck.

well a wife will change a lot of your free time. And it’s not bad. Sure, I miss playing all night and grinding the shit out of a game. But I also like to cuddle up at 10 pm and go to sleep or just talk. I usually play hearthstone while she watches tv for an hour a day. I keep my daily quests done but that’s it. My best rank, was rank 2. and sometimes when I really wanna play a card, I fucking craft it. Even crafted togwaggle. Sometimes I pay. But not much. Started in beta too. Payed the GVG pre purchase and payed two adventures. And once I bought 40 packs. Also bought khadgar for 5€ and the mammoth an der starter pack once they got available. I’m intending to pre purchase this one too because it has 70 packs and it’s a new year. These cards will stay for 2 whole years. But maybe not. I didn’t pay the other 5 expansions. 

What I want to say is: if I want something, I will pay for it. I don’t care if it’s ‚well spent‘. Sometimes I pay 3-4€ for a beer in a pub even though you get it for 80 cents in a supermarket. Or 8€ for a pizza. Selfmade it’s 2€

Idk man it’s a game and I do what I feel like. It’s different every expansion. 

If you wanna be competitive craft the cards you need, get legend, and then what? Same game. Just the number on the bottom left changed. 

Herold volazj was quite disappointing, too. It looked bad right from the beginning but it didn’t even get better. 2x mirage caller had the same effect and the same stats but it is way more flexible.

league of explorers was really a surprise announcement with it only a week later being released but it was only an adventure. I don’t really expect them to do this with an expansion. 

But personally I would be pretty happy if announcement and release at not to far away from each other. People tend to theorycraft too much before hand and the meta is too fast decided because of this dripping announcement.

i am already saving too. But i started later this time because K&C had quite a few cards i wanted to try and had to craft. Still; a surprise would catch some casuals with money off guard. IMO.

Good job!  My girlfriend still humors me and congratulates me whenever I hit legend haha.  She even bought me a fancy webcam for my birthday so I can try my hardest to get into streaming.

You just gotta try harder to let your wife know how big of an accomplishment it really is =P.

congratulation. Fun enough my first (and unique) Legend was due to an injury as well (broken arm) that gave me lot of time to climb

There seems to not be much 'choose one' on the Jade Golem cards. I assume Blizz were aware of the brokenness that Fandral Staghelm already represents.
