As preface, you're not playing a "completely original and homebrew" deck if you only changed a couple of cards from an existing netdeck.

The Salt Thread have been home to enough entries about how "casual sucks because of netdecks", which gave me an insight about HS community in general, the more I've read it. People tend to complain about the most minute shit ever. Apparently, you're not allowed to play anything in casual. Examples range from Muckmorpher Shaman and Holy Wrath Pally, to Heal Druid and Nomi Priest (all have below %50 winrates). I fail to understand what the problem is.

So my question to the people who complain about casual: What do you want to play against? If you want to stomp beginners who play River Crocolisks and Chillwind Yetis, then concede a bunch of times until your MMR is lower.

I've picked Warlock 5 times after the expansion. My win counts were 12-10-9-12 and I have a 9-1 Arena run I have yet to finish. Something definitely needs to be done about class balance or the bucket system. After 8 wins, it's all Warlock.

That used to be possible. Ever since RoS casual has been predominantly ladder practice mode.

12-0! Finally! My first 12-win run this expansion and my 4th ever 12-0 run.

As for the deck, N'Zoth, the Corruptor synergy is real. Most of my earlier matches were already over before I had a chance to play the OG Old God. But after my 8th win, he stepped up and won me some games. It was a very fun deck overall.

Or is the new Arena dogshit? 2 days ago, in my first Arena run of the expansion, I went 11-2 and I've been incredibly unlucky with my runs since. Highest after that was 8-3 and I finished maybe 4-5 runs around 3-5 wins. I was consistently getting 12 wins prior to the expansion and even had a 3 12-win streak heading into Rise of Shadows. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I simply can't go past 6 wins consistently like I used to.

I feel like everyone has insane decks, even at 1-2-3 wins. I played a Priest who played 9 removals against me, while also playing premium minions, at 3-2. At 3-2???

Is the overall deck quality higher or am I just crazy? And what are your overall thoughts about the current state of Arena?

 I think Jumbo Imp is highly underestimated. It's not on the level of pre-nerf Corridor Creeper, but I feel like it's going to be very effective in the right deck.

Bomb Warrior is the deck I wanted to try the most, but I couldn't get any of the Epics it needs from my packs. I'm planning on opening 70 more packs with gold, so fingers crossed I get some of them.

I hate Twitch chat with a passion. People spam shit like pepehands, omegalul or zulul thinking they're funny. I close chat immediately while I'm watching a stream. 

Anyone who cries about the game not having auto squelch is a loser, plain and simple.

The requirements for the fucking pirate quest need to be increased.

Honestly, I can't wait for these nerfs. I got to the point that when I see mage I immediately concede because I don't want to waste my f...ing time with that uninteractive shit. Same goes for rogue. And yes they should definitely nerf warrior but at least you don't sit there cross-armed and unable to do shit until they have f..ing drawn 20 cards to kill you off

They already said that this is a bug that will be fixed in the next hotfix. It might even already be live, I don't play much wild so I can't say for sure either way. 

The point is that you're complaining about a non-existent issue, since at the latest this will be patched out of the game at the same time these card changes go live.

let's be honest , those nerf/ buffs are not bad , but if there is now a card that needs to be nerfed, is the quest warrior ,  my 90% of the games i'm playing for over 2weeks are pirate warriors , and it looks abused as hell

Okay, whoever designed this Diablo Battlegrounds hero needs to be fired. What a dumb waste of opportunity, I've never had less fun playing Battlegrounds than I did when I got to play Diablo.

Agree. Even streamers are calling the game solitaire...

I miss playing minions trading and shit. For now I'm back to AFK farming BG and playing something that's actually fun.

If you enjoy control decks you can give wild format a try, there are always plenty of options there and value oriented decks to experiment with
