Well I don't like faerie dragon because u play it only for 'keep until i can get value from if u hold dragon" so u dont rly want to keep it in mulligan and play turn2. I would just play the current cards (concort+azure drake+9mana dragons) and test with shades/piloted shredders/bomb lobbers instead of blackwing technician/corruptor/hungry dragon.
Yea, I agree. Faerie Dragon isn't in my new revised deck. But it was in my substitutions. Changed it to +2 Annoy-o-Tron
You want to mulligan for: Kel'thuzad / Earth Elemental / Ancestral spirit
Caution: You will lose one turn if you play earth elemental, so play it after you have played KT.
The luck required: That General Drak not have his command card during his first three turns or so.
After you have KT / Earth Ele on board, and your mana crystals are unlocked, play your ancestral on KT. Then play big minions in the turns after that and you win.
Earthen Ring Farseer is strange and quite frankly unnecessary. I would still run one copy of Quartermaster in a dragon pally. Dragon Egg doesn't fit into the deck at all and is a pretty bad card especially with pally having zero synergy with thoe damage effects. Add Zombie Chow instead.
I am not quite sure about Dragon Egg, he is a nice way to trigger Blackwing Technician, and he is a decent anti-aoe/random damage card. I use him for now as early board presence.
This deck is just bad until the week 5 cards come out. Rend is a bad card. Dragon Eggs are bad. Your curve is too much to the high side. Solemn Vigil is a week 5 card too (I thought? Could be wrong).
I disagree regarding Rend being a bad card. He's another removal tool and since I already like to run legendary dragons in almost all of my decks, to me, at least, he is very useful.
Regarding Dragon Egg, I feel like with the knife jugglers, it has great synergy. Although that;s really about it. I kinda built my deck around muster and knife juggler, but with dragons. Maybe I should drop the Dragon Egg instead and put Avenge x2?
I thought all the paladin cards were being released this week but I'm most likely wrong... which means back to the drawing board.
Why did you put a bunch of unreleased cards in there yet wait for others to be released before updating the deck?
I mean if you want to theorycraft a post BRM deck then go all in on it if you want to run a Dragon deck on ladder without all cards released do that but how does a mix of those things make any sense?
Right now this deck is impossible to run on ladder and pretty bad as a theorycrafting because you left out so much stuff.

You're right, I was wrong in regards to Chromaggus and Solemn Vigil (I think). So, I'll have to edit the deck and the thread (i'll do that in a bit, busy atm).
Quick response in regards to Earthen Ring Farseer: I felt like due to the curve I am running (which is high), that I needed to include some heals scattered on early on in the game to the middle of the game, to increase my chance of surviving until late game. Once I start dropping the big boys, I feel like people will be focused towards the board rather than my face at that point. I don't know... it just seems like with dragon paladin that blizz wants us to run a heavy midrange to highrange control deck (kinda the opposite of shockadin).
Keep in mind that Vigil will often cost 0, especially after an Equality/Pyromancer or Consecration against agro. This might be where we're heading, a bunch of decks with huge late game bombs and counter decks with cheap removal like Mill Rogue.
EDIT: Have done a complete overhaul to my dragon pally deck.
This is now a "theorycraft" paladin deck, since it has cards from the later weeks in the expansion. This is most likely the deck I'll be running after week 5 or something very similar to it.
Was on my mage playing against a priest. This was at rank 16. I run the following set of legendaries in my mage deck: Antonidas / Malygos / Alex / Emperor / Harrison / Thalnos
Priest's first thoughtsteal, he takes my antonidas, and antique healbot. His second one steals my iceblock and harrison jones (not so bothered about him stealing my harrison jones though).
I play my antonidas later in the game, he plays sylvanas and fireballs her to steal my antonidas (so, now he's taken BOTH of my antonidas, one from thoughtsteal, one from sylvanas).
I fireball it and ping it and kill Antonidas again.
I play alex, next turn, having lethal. NOPE. He shadow word deaths it and heals himself out of lethal.
We make it to fatigue eventually, he has two cards in his hand, I have sludge belcher at 3/1 already on the board, and he has cabal. I have iceblock on me (which is useless in fatigue) and a pyroblast and frost bolt in my hand and he has 1 card in his hand.
He is at 19 hp, im at 23 hp... so I could win...NOPE.
His card? A second cabal.
He kills my sludge belcher with his cabal on the board and then cabals the 1/2 token.
Yea, it was game over for me. I frostbolted his face the next turn, then pyro'd the turn after that. He was at 6 hp and I was at 8 hp, so yea it sucks... because i played my best and my iceblock would've saved me, but we were both in fatigue so it didn't save me and gave him the win, EVEN though he went in to fatigue FIRST. It was himself healing every turn since he went into fatigue that made him win.
If you play a lot of paladin, go tirion, he is irreplaceable and combos well with lots of different deck styles. Otherwise, craft Archmage.
You're asking for a comparison between two top tier legendaries, who have very unique effects, neither is inherently better than the other. It will depend on what you enjoy playing.
crazed alchemist is a great idea for heroic thaurissan, wish I had thought of that - it would have saved me a few attempts where I never drew a PW:S to buff Moira and he put down an Abom and Ghoul or Abomx2 on the same turn haha. well, I guess that's assuming I drew the alchemist, but yeah.

I'll take that. Spellbender takes the pyro.

2 Azure Drake and 1 Twilight Drake maybe?
Should I replace Earthen Ring Farseer with a Faerie Dragon?
It's going to be hard trying to make this deck work once we have access to all the cards.

I added Malygos and Bloodmage Thalnos and 1 Hammer of Wrath and 2 Avenging Wrath
I'm still debating on what to replace Earthen Ring Farseer with

Yea I hope Solemn Vigil turns out to be good.

The deck I'm using atm has the following cards subbed in:
+ 2 Azure Drake
+ 2 Twilight Drake
+ 2 Annoy-o-Tron
+ 1 Ragnaros the Firelord
+ 1 Antique Healbot

This deck is great. Was in a mirror match and won. The thing i modified was -1 gnomish inventor and +1 grom.

Killed heroic rag normally using mill rogue & mustard pally

Thanks for sharing the deck DarkArchon. It went very smooth (beat him on 3rd try)
Screenshots below, enjoy :)

One of the most fun decks to play so far. Still waiting on getting miracle rogue back in full swing. This will suffice, for now.

Loving mill rogue. Haven't had this much fun since miracle's prime.
EDIT: I doubt it will go away.

Yea crazed alchemist is the MVP in that fight.
