By far the worst nerf in a pool of actually pretty good nerfs. I like all the nerfs I'll admit, but upping th mana cost on this card is unescceasry. All they needed to do was take always the face damage, that's it. Btw who's decision was it to make it 4 mana and not 3 mana? Blizz has their reasons for it though so we'll see in the future.

I put something very similar together this season, but it relies more on Auchenai -> Flash/Circle combos in place of Malygos -> Smite. I had originally considered Malygos, but worried that his 9 mana cost was too high to work with. Additionally, the Auchenai feels a bit more flexible if I need more board clears from Circle, Flash Heals can alternatively be used to keep myself or my Deathlords alive, and Zombie Chows can be used for some unexpected burst. Do you find that Malygos is generally useful in a lot of the games you play?
Another thing I've noticed in my similar deck is that when the opponent has an answer to the Deathlords, there's generally very little to heal with Northshire (except maybe a Velen's Acolyte of Pain) and it just sits in my hand. Is this something you've also experienced with this deck? There are definitely games where Northshire gives great value (particularly when they can't immediately kill your Deathlord), but I've begun to wonder if another card would be more consistent (such as a Bloodmage Thalnos or Loot Hoarder).
I'd be very interested to add you and spectate your play to see how this deck works out in comparison.

Flame tongue only with a board). It's a class card and a 5/5 for 5, it's understatted so i doubt this card would see play, I mean Blizzard or us can't see the future if this someone even turned out to be good it wouldn't be that strong. We'd be idiots for complaining if it turned out to be really good. Blizzard wouldn't have to worry about making new totems either for future design as it can't be abused here, there's a creature cap anyways so you can only get so much value out of it anyways.
It doesn't matter if it's a 5 mana 5/5 that draws and plays 4 cards for free (that's even less than MC but his things are mostly 1 mana, so four 2 mana cards here on a 5/5 for balance) since those 4 cards suck anyways.

Well if they nerf it, this becomes normal and would be balanced, savage roar should only be gain 1 attack to all characters anyways, it would still do 10 dmg when combo'd with trees, which lines up with velen + mindblast and pyroblast.
