Wording implies it will always draw a card unless its hit by hard removal or polymorph. I think it will be good even without other Divine Shield support.

spellbreakers are blood elf warriors specializing in anti-magic. Thats the theme for warrior.
That being said, this is really low impact

I wish all cards that remove enemy deck without a counter play, just didn't exist.

Blizz wants warrior to play as many minion types as possible, so you can turn your deck into one of those "what sound does it make" books.
This way you have something to play with, as the oponent is breaking your knees.

Just what was the thought process behind 2 mana rare minion that boost your hero power for the rest of the game.
Seriously this could go on a legendary card.

Jitterbug is pretty good, even without other divine shields. 4 mana for 4/3 stats, divine shield which makes it sticky and high chance it will draw at least one card.
Funkfin on the other hand is meh, even with other minions.

Great for big spell mage, if it ever happens.
The possibility to make low cost spells unusable is a huge drawback.

Not gonna lie, the "summon 1/1 rush trash" effects are getting stale.

Where do you even use it?
Deathrattles are meh, minions don't have that many good active effects, you need to have 7 minions in hand for full use+empty board on your side and you might not even clear the board with no mana left.
I don't see any scenario that works here, since you either have no fuel or no valuable cards.
