Ah, true, thanks for the information! Didn't actually remember which DK legendaries were from packs and which from the PoA, so this makes sense.
Same thing for me with the signature Deathwhisper from the battle pass. Got offered Frostmourne although I had one already and miss couple of legendaries from the expansion.
Eating them easily with Evolve Freeze Shaman, 25-11 atm. and diamond 3, haven't lost a match against Imp Warlock.
