Just a small heads up: I played it now the whole day, reached plat (and legendary hopefully soon). The most efficient replacements in my opinion are now:

Intrepid Initiate instead of Battlefiend, Cult Neophytes instead Watch Posts, and Magehunter instead Mankrik - I really like the situational silence, has won me some games on its own. Will try Kayn instead when I have dust again. But I think I rather have Kazakus.

Also, I really like your channel, such high quality content. Will give you a shoutout on reddit whenever I can.

I'm currently playing this deck and having a blast with it, it's really awesome, thanks a lot man.

You can dish out a lot of damage on single turn, which in combination with life steal weapon keeps you alive against face hunters, and with the discount on bladed lady you get huge tempo out, especially if you discover felosophy. I just had a game where I could play 3 7-7 bladed ladies in a turn thanks to that. The 8-8 inquisitor card is just pure fun and often catches the opponent unexpected.

I'm currently trying around replacing the watch towers (2-3 isn't worth it anymore I think) and Mankrik (often doesn't trigger) with the 2 new secret stealers / 2 cult neophytes and a mage hunter for non-spell silence.

The deck is very strong but you really have to pay attention to every single move you make, and when you draw decently, then you have a chance to win in every matchup, I would say.

I'm trying around with similar decks because I love this archetype, but I always run out of cards these days.

The loss of Rover, Town Crier and Acolyte basically makes this type of Warrior unplayable at the moment. Battle Rage is your only draw, but it's much too inconsistent. They really failed at giving Warrior some acceptable card draw. I guess CW is the only competitive type for the ladder until next expansion.

Nice creative deck you built there, I'm currently trying it and think it can be optimized.

I cut a Town Crier and a Militia Commander and added the Warrior quest and one Upgrade in order to cash in on the weapon swings, it seems kind of an obvious choice to me. You don't need your hero power because you can create so much armor, and the 4/3 really makes for better board presence.
