I already did my synopsis of the changes in a few threads. But the short version: Nerfs to Bonemare and Raza the Chained are both suitable and necessary. Both are still playable. Both changes are sensible. Corridor Creeper got nerfed so hard that it's now niche tech, and almost as unplayable as Cryostasis. It still has a home in token and high aggro decks, but a gentler nerf (4/4 or 3/4, or re-balance discount condition) would have been better. And despite my burning hatred of Patches the Pirate, he also got nerfed too hard. He'll be what he always should have been, a Pirate-themed deck only tech. But, for 1600 dust? Eesh.
I like the points about trying to use Exodia Mage and high power cycling decks. My concern, however, is that the strongest pieces of Cubelock are not only still standing but too fast for a lot of decks to answer. With Possessed Lackey or Skull of the Man'ari still available on 5 (or 4 with The Coin!), there's still scary tempo potential there that not only shuts down some aggro decks (with a well timed Voidlord or value trade with Doomguard), but can actually out-tempo some and definitely out-tempos midrange decks. With removal tools like Defile not going anywhere, and the evergreen Hellfire to help shut down weenie aggro, I'm a little concerned.
I think that Warlock is, at present, an odds on favourite to take over the meta to an even scarier degree than Hearthpwn's or Vicious Syndicate's stats indicate. That said, I'm hoping that some of the previously required anti-aggro focus because of Patches, can be redirected to more tech to shut down Cubelock. I think without the hard swing that the little Murloc Pirate brings, we might have more room for Silence tech like Spellbreaker.
And once the changes go live, I might give another whirl to Miracle Rogue. Thanks again to the Hearthpwn community for suggestions and help. I finally got up offa my butt, dusted some bad cards that I didn't need and got Leeroy Jenkins crafted. I'm excited for a post-Patches and post-Raza-Machine-Gun world. But I fear that we may only have consolidated power for our Cubelock overlords.
So agree with you on this one.
Creeper and Patches: RIP.
And I can't understand how BLIZZARD doesn't see the CUBELOCK wave coming. It's already here and with the losts of important tools in aggros (Bonemare, Patches and Creeper), the disparition of Highlander Priest (Raza) and huge hurt to the spitefuls (Bonemare, Creeper), How the meta is suppose to deal with those Warlocks right now?
Pretty sure we'll still see Bonemare, just not quite as much. Patches will still be showing up, but not being able to immediately have an impact will make him much less difficult. I mean getting a free 3/3 pulled out of your deck from a Southsea Captain after a Keleseth is still strong. Just won't be as backbreaking.
Creeper seems to have been totally nuked. I doubt it seems really any play moving forward. Same with Raza. The fact that Priest can no longer OTK with Velen means that deck is much less viable. It's main strength was that it could just survive until it drew all the pieces then win on the spot. Now it will take at least two turns, possibly more to machine gun someone down, which just means other decks will be able to counter them.
Surprising to not see any changes to cards in Cubelock as it seems to be the odds on favorite for most powerful deck once the patch hits, but I think this signals that Doomguard may be Hall of Fame bound come next expansion.
Basically. I'll dust them all and wait to see if they still see some play...
Patches, I do not see how it could still be play, same thing for the creepers. Raza, I'll probably use it in wild and Bonemare will probably to continue to see some play.

Not use for the moment...
But we have 3 expansions this year that could included good beast. 1 or 2 good beats and she is an ALL-STAR :-)

feel better now? Typical whining guy. Nothing constructive, just complaning.
IMO, you really missing the point about creeper. He won't see any play, maybe in some decks.

Ok. So right now the biggest problem on ladder are the %$/%?%? broken Cubelock (looking at you Voidlord) and nothing on those cards?

At least will get all our dust back

I guess it's because of the battlecry who didn't trigger because he have been summon by the weapon?
