Duufhfj posted a message on Why are other decks better at aggro than hunter?Posted in: General DiscussionHunter didn't get a lot of meta cards this expansion, most of the hunter decks are still running the same cards for as long as Hunter existed (Kill Command, houndmaster, explosive trap, animal companion, eaglehorn bow, highmane) One of the reason why hunter is still running these cards is that they are good cards, and the other reason being there are no new cards printed that beats those cards. It's just like rogue, and how since they killed oil their only option is miracle, and most of that consists of classic, excluding quest, I don't think there are any viable rogue other than miracle - just like how hunter only have aggro hunter - because the new printed cards aren't enough to get hunter to stop hunter playing aggro which is the only option when it comes to hunter right now. I really hope team 5 think about hunter next expansion, since most people in the forums only complain about hunter, not the other way around.

I could also say I hate paladin because they all play for control. Me paladin Me go control. You say they have good mulligan but if you look hunter mostly runs low mana minions which means they will probably have good early game control.I wasn't complaining about aggro decks, I was complaining about hunter mentality. Paladins don't just play control by the way, murloc paladin is stupidly good. That said I can have a 2/3, a 4/5, and a 6/6 on a board and the hunter could have enough to clear it and instead they'll just go face. It's that kind of mindset that seems to be exclusive to the large majority of hunter players. Even pirate warriors and murloc paladins and token druids trade when the need arises.Hunter is supposed to play control or combo with what card draw?Which class heal cards? Nuetral heal?Taunts? AOE that deals 3 damage?This is the problem. There are a lot of people who simply say "F hunters" put zero pressure on Blizzard to fix the class.It's not brought up in interviews. It's not brought up in Q&As. No one makes hunter memes. Hunter fans are downvoted or openly insulted. Why should Blizzard fix hunter if this is how the community acts? -

Trikzen posted a message on Why are other decks better at aggro than hunter?Posted in: General DiscussionAs it stands right now hunters are a curve class. They can't really branch out to more despite the plethora of interesting tools they have access to but can't/won't utilize.
The inability for Hunter to Branch out is due to it's many problems. Hunter's problems are:1) Blizzard Team 5 doesn't want Face Hunter to be very good because it is the best class for new players and an annoyance to older players.
2) Team 5 doesn't think efficient or reliable heal, AOE, taunts, nor card draw are in Hunter's indentity.
3) Many of the aspects that Blizzard Team 5 believe are part of hunter's indentity (secrets, deathrattles, X Shot) are reactive or delayed in action. Such effects are bad in Hearthstone if their effects aren't very powerful or cheating out in card draw/tutor.
4) A large amount of the hardcore fanbase still irrationally hate Hunter because of the far off past. The height of Face hunter was 2014.

All that does is get more people debating about a whole lot of nothing. Quest Rogue is so brainless at times it hurts and is the most unenjoyable experience i've had since last expansion.
It doesn't matter how healthy the meta is if you can constantly run into different decks that upset people as soon as they play against it. It doesn't feel like a challenge, it feels like you are being dominated/dominant.

Yes the flavor of some Legendaries is cool but you can leave with having less than half of each since most of them are not that good to start with, most of them are just shiny that's all.

Also pretty good for combo deck

some midrange can use this when struggle against heavy control deck but a 3/3 on turn 7 is terrible statline

this card might still see play IF Patches wasn't nerf but now both got nerf so i'm not sure ,even 0 mana 2/5 on turn 4-5 sound not too strong

i really dont understand what are team 5 thinking when give mage a both strong minions curve and ton of burn spells like now .At least taunt will help you against aggro/tempo deck but how you can play around mage spells ?

idk,Creeper definiely strong card but i think the root problem come from the heavy tempo,token meta not because itself broken or something so just wait until patches rotate out

this card make me feel bad for (old) Bolvar ,he just born in wrong time period
main reason i didnt rate this highly because the "in your hand" part,who know someday a card (almost) similar with old failed mechanic can be broken
