Honestly at first, the game was filled with energy and sparks. But the more you play the more boring and grindy it gets. The morelegends you need, the more gold you need. I have played since beta, but stopped playing during GvG release and Blackrock, and still have to save up gold to finish up LoE and Blackrock. This takes ridiculously long. The meta certainly does change, but the amount of cards being released aren't enough.
It's really hard to put into words...the game just lost its flame, I suppose.
Soo.... because a set makes really powerful, metawarping cards that get nerfed because of how oppresive they are, they are better? No. They add less "cards" to the card pool too. But while they make adventures, they still try to fill a role(i.e. Naxx trying to make deathrattle work, BRM with dragons, or GvG with tribal mechs). So, because they have a lack of cards they can put in, a lack of epics/legends to add, they have to make really powerful stuff to get noticed.
But once in a while blizzard tries to hard to get something noticed, and we end up with something akin to Mysterious Challenger.
Honestly, GvG did not have much Op sht other than Boom. Mech mage was temporarily oppresive but got overshadowed without any nerfs(It's mainly because they added flamewaker to make tempo mage w/o mechs more efficient. I really dislike power creeping to forcefully change meta). Boom, on the other hand, is still prevalant.
LoE decided to be more creative and appealing to casual players, instead of making really powerful niche cards. The cards cover a greater variety than the previous adventures, but the result is a mess of unsynergistic cards. There will be a few cards that are strong, but the ones in LoE will be a lot less dominant than dragons, Patron,or Undertaker. But that just makes it a bad set overall. A set with 5 "good" cards is bad. Take GvG. The set has one good legend, and the other good stuff is just bulk, and, as many suggest, TGT is crp in value. Op cards have to be added to make a set to be noticed, or the meta has to change, or buffs and nerfs need to be made.
It can attack if it's the only minion. The only minion you would play before turn 4 for handlock would be the very rare ancient watcher, which you wouldn't play if you had this in your hand unless you had taunt. Read the card. And mostly on turn 2, you will be: Hero power pass or Darkbomb their whatever drop. Turn 3 you can coin hellfire if your opp over extends or coin this. It's almost a giant. You don't need to taunt it, but, if you do it can kill pretty much everything. The one thing it is weak to is a early game BGH, and if they do that, you know your other giants are safe.
I disagree with your opinion because your opinion isn't happy-go-lucky positive.
You must be salty, so I can be salty back.

But don't make too harsh assumptions; you can't say the set as a whole will be bad. A good majority of these cards are subpar, but you can still tinker with them, just not competitively. There are some notable ones. At least Blizz is trying to make things antiaggro..
Because, to set up the 4/9 takes time, and that 4/9 is weaker to silences. You basically have to use heropower every turn. This gives you more options. Specifically, you can darkbomb their 2-drop.
Keep it permanantly against aggro decks if you have bash. If you have bash+shield slam (against any matchup) and are going 2nd keep it. If you are facing a hyper aggro face deck(pirate rogue, aggrodin, facehunter) keep it. But don't keep it against midrange pally; they either have too many targets or the targets are too strong. For midrange pally Fiery Win Axe and Bite are much stronger

Demonwrath and Imp replacements?

Freeze mage is overrated in terms of difficulty asdf.

It's kinda risky to run only boom, as he is the only BGH target... maybe KT instead? (or replace Justicar with KT)

No, I said it's better. It's better than twilight drake.

Umm isn't this usually better than twilight drake in handlock?

Azure Drake, Cabal, Brawl, Darnassus(it dies to one drops so.....), DIvine Favor(really? 6 CMC?),
BGh is wayyy worse. Will be basically useless except in heavy control and maybe fatigue decks. Death's bite is in a worser spot.
Screw it, you are just nerfing every single card in the game, and, at this point, there is no need to explain why the nerfs are too extreme.
