No, it should not. It's just beginning of new expansion and meta just has taken shape, calm down and wait.

ANDYou uninstalled and are done with Hearthstone so why did you come here to share this with us?? No one cares. I am sure there is a support group out there for you where they care about your feelings.

jsager99 posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionIt is terrifying in standard, never mind the nonsense it can do in wild. On the same vein, the druid quest is really scary if you can complete it, and it could very well break wild with Jade Idol.

CasmX posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionI'm predicting Quest Shaman to be the most oppressive deck in the upcoming meta, yes. I agree, I think it's just too good. It's an easy Tier 1 deck that's not remotely hard to navigate (ie: play well).
After having seen it played on Twitch for the last few days, being able to cheat out so much burst damage with lackeys and wasps....it's kind of impossible for it to not be good. I've actually been brainstorming exactly what deck counters Quest Shaman and I'll be honest, I can't think of one. There's little counterplay to the battlecries and the value the provide. If someone can come up with a deck that crushes Quest Shaman, let me know.

ManThighs posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionAlso, the most OP deck in the expac by far is going to be some sort of midranged big spell mage. Puzzle Box of Yogg Saron is insanely broken, and there's literally a card that makes it cost 5 instead of 10.... Not to mention, there's another card that makes it so it becomes a 10 10 minion if you don't play it, not to mention there's another card that's 8 mana and lets you play an 8 mana puzzle box the same turn with a 5 5 body, not to mention mage got an Innervate that draws a card (the 2 mana draw a secret spell). Yeah it's going to be fun playing against tier 1 aggressive midranged casino mage... At least it'll actually be fun to play the deck yourself though.
Puzzlebox ain't that good, thats too rng to be top tier
might be wrong tho
Sir, you must have never played against Yogg'Saron. All I'm going to say, there was a reason the card got nerfed.

ManThighs posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionQuote from Silverneelse >>Priest quest is pretty sick too. Especially with the inner fire, topsy combo. I dont think shaman quest is op. It got a lot of good tools and can be a powerhouse, but we shouldnt jump to conclusions.
Priest quest is hella slow.

TheArcanist236 posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionThe thing that makes this quest good is the fact that the reward has insane synergy with the cards that you use to complete it. Hardly any quest does that. You play seven Deathrattles, you play Amara, and then - what to do with the Deathrattles? You add four other-class cards to your hand, get your upgraded daggers, and then - your burgle cards are not what you want to draw. This quest though - you play Battlecries, and your reward is... more Battlecries. You don't really have the before/after relation (e.g. old Priest quest: Deathrattles before completion/copy effects after completion), you just have: play Battlecries/Lackeys/etc -> the quest gets naturally completed -> you go on playing your Battlecry cards, but with twice the power.
However, I am really hyped for this quest and I really want to try it day 1 of the expansion.

Windigol posted a message on Is shaman's quest OP ?Posted in: Card DiscussionYes is absolutely OP and will be the #1 cancer deck. The quest is easily completed in 6 turns and after that, the Shaman can use the Barista to get an unstoppable machine gun based on Lackeys and wasps. If this was not enough Shudderwock is the ultimate win condition: just play it and you win. No skill is needed, who arrives first win.
As usual Team 5 sucks at balancing their stuff. Nothing new.
